”Pillows might as well have been nonexistent. Breakfast was a joke - not even sure why they bother to advertise it. Everything from the vending machines was either stale or flat. As a stop off point with two kids between Tennessee and New Jersey it was a complete waste of money. We would have been more comfortable sleeping in our car. ”

”They were not willing to refund two of the three nights booked when an emergency interrupted the stay. I never got to the hotel and understand that the first night was too late to be refunded but I felt that the other two nights should have been canceled and refunded.”

”This hotel was very unexpected, I’ve never stayed at a Candlewood Suites before but this was very convenient to the event I was attending this weekend. WRT the responsiveness of requests for additional pillows or servicing of our rooms - didn't happen. The furniture in the room was old and marred up. I will never stay there again and recommend others do the same.”
