”The hotel room was nice. The only thing I didn’t like at the hotel was the free breakfast. Breakfast was from 8:00 to 10 am. Are breakfast at 8:00 . Limited choices to eat for breakfast. No bacon or sausage. The scrambled eggs and potatoes were warm. Plus they looked like they had been the warmer for a long time time because they were stuck to pan and starting to burn. ”Hotel was clean and well maintained. We arrived around 8:00pm and decided to eat at the restaurant on property. We were surprised to be told that the kitchen closes at 9:00. It’s a Casino Hotel. Food was average and staff friendly but not well trained. Our server did not know how to open the bottle of wine we ordered but was very grateful we taught her. Also disappointed that they only clean the room every 3 days. When we requested fresh towels they left a bag of towels outside our room...

”Great location! A little dated and do not recommend room 109 as it was so noisy all day and night. Didn't really encounter staff except at check in but he was nice. Breakfast is very basic. If you come here for a great location and simple bed for rest, you will enjoy.”

”The service and the maintenance is poor. They charge a $100 deposit that would be refunded after 10days. Do not count on the breakfast , you would be disappointed.”

”This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again.”

”This was a good motel. All the linens were very clean and the room felt clean. I appreciated the large refrigerator and lots of drawers in the room. I was glad they also made sure to have a plug by the bed for your phones. The breakfast was good too. Oatmeal, tons of different granola bars, pastries, fruit, yogurt, juice and coffee. ”This feels like a transitional location rather than a destination. We stayed just one night on our way to somewhere else and it seemed like that was the case with most other patrons. The experience wasn’t great. We found an old sock and a cockroach in our room and some lady and a guy had a loud argument over the waffle iron at breakfast, which was mediocre otherwise. ”We had a wonderful two night stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They privided us with extra coffee and creamer for our room upon request. There is an excellent restaurant at the hotel. We had a tasty breakfast one morning and also happy hour drinks and appetizers. I would definitely stay here again.”

”Nice place to stay, but a few items could have made it better. We are a family of 4 (kids are 10&12) so the bed size and space in the condo option seemed like the best option. We booked the condo, which featured a kitchenette, but only had a mini fridge that basically fit drinks. Nearest access to ice was in the main hotel, which was quite a walk. You could not order room service when staying in a condo and it did not read like you could order pickup, so we ate most meals off of the property....
