”Hopefully I’ll be back in early spring with the family.
I loved the fact that check in was 2:pm which gives you more time to enjoy the hotel. The hotel is a little isolated but not a million miles from nowhere, so having a vehicle is important to explore the area. I wished I had stayed longer.”

”Stayed 1 night at the Royal Hotel. Very convenient location just a 5 minute walk into the centre of Ross on Wye.
Lovely hotel with easy check in. We had a spacious double room which was clean and had all the amenities you needed. The staff are lovely and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Nice bar area and the food is very good( superb breakfast)
Highly recommend this hotel.

”Brilliant hotel. we ran over hill road to Chipping sodbury and river Frome. stayed in the same room as the Queen stayed once. For a Bacon sandwich inbetween meal times. ”

”Spent one night at the hotel. It is located in a cute small town. There is a good car park and the hotelarea is beautiful. The room was OK size, but could use an update. The pub was nice and the breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful :)”

”Room was lovely and way bigger than expected. Staff were fantastic and the pub is beautiful with stone floors and wooden beams. Big beer garden with children's play area, although it rained overnight so we couldn't go out and enjoy it but looked fab”
