”The poor property condition shows a total lack of maintenance, The curtain rod was falling off the wall, there were no clothes hangers in the closet, there was no tv remote to be found, and the towels were rougher than coarse sandpaper. The neighborhood is very sketchy, filled with people who looked vagrants, drug addicts and prostitutes. The free breakfast was so bad that you would have had to pay me to eat it. I expected a great deal more for the $120/night rate. I’ve stayed at much better...

”What I liked: a hard floor in the room (no gross carpeting), clean and well lit bathroom, comfortable beds. Suggestions: need more hooks or racks in the bathroom, an over head light in the room would be nice. The check in guy said breakfast started at 6 a.m. but it didn’t start till 6:30 a.m. so I can’t review it.”

”Air conditioner was fine room was a little messy like stuff on the floor and we couldn’t check in until 4 because the rooms weren’t done being cleaned at 3 ”

”Fabulous hotel from check-in to chexk-out!! Only wish they had a better option fro parking cars. We opted not to use the valet. Also the rooftop restaurant is terrific but the menu is a bit limited. Lorenzo was fantastic at the front desk. Thank you! ”

”The staff was great.The interior of the property was clean.The breakfast was very good. The exterior and surrounding area was very rough. Lots of beggers hanging around the front entrance. Didn't feel safe using local light rail or going outside. Price too high.”

”We were not able to get breakfast. We were told that they were preparing for an event and would have to wait 30-40 minutes to place a order for an omelette. Parking was not the best. had to park in a garage around the corner then walk back with luggage. valet was expensive ”

”The hotel is very nice.The rooms are nicely decorated. The bathroom was nice however there’s no doo to the shower so the floor will indeed be wet. The Valet parking is not really a saving. You can go not even 75ft and there’s a parking garage and it’s cheaper! I would definitely stay here again.”
