”Arrived the day before my birthday and was told I would be given a complimentary upgraded room.I went to the room,and it was the same double bed room I had reserved.i called downstairs to ask,and was told to come back downstairs to get another key.I came downstairs,retrieved the new key to the upgraded room,to get to the room and again,it was not an upgraded room,but the same double bed room.At this point,I’m annoyed and I also notice a strong odor coming from this room,and the air conditioner...

”We had a great time at the Tru Hotel! It was newly remodeled building and we were welcomed by a friendly staff. Loved how nice and clean the room and bathroom was. One of the best hotel options in the area for parking. There was street parking after 4pm for free or a public parking lot across the street for $25 through the hotel. Also it was in close walking distance to the Inner Harbor and lots of great restaurants. Such a nice choice for a weekend getaway! We’ll definitely come back. ”

”Room was clean, towels looked new. Staff we interacted with were great. Parking with valet was a little challenging as front was full, and check-in a floor up was inconvenient. But, the price is great and location great.”

”The location of the hotel is a perfect area. Close the Camden Yards, Babe Ruth’s museum, and the Raven’s stadium. The atmosphere was very pleasant from the staff and the area around it. There is 2 sports bars right there to eat at. The staff that we come in contact with very nice, helpful and always had a smile on their face. We actually loved the location and will recommend it to friends. BUT we did run into issues with our stay from a weds to Sunday and we knew that housekeeping comes...

”Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff! Love the roof top bar option. Only thing is the coffee shop was disappointing. Only milk for coffee. When asked for cream they didn’t have any. Tossed our cups and had to rebuy fresh cups else where ”

”Asia was the only staff member I had a positive experience with during my stay. They attempted to accommodate me and switched me to two (2) different rooms that wreaked of cigarette smoke. Additionally, shouted and banged on my door without identifying themselves, demanding I come out because I was past my check-out time. I was not and had paid receipt proof of an extended late check-out in addition to making a note in my reservation booking. They failed to take responsibility and check their...

”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...
