”The add clearly said "Parking Included" But it wasnt and we wasted 45 minutes trying to find a parking lot that was open 24/7. The apt itself was shabby. Missing doors on kitchen cabinets, wobbly chairs and tables and not usable. Bathroom towel rack fell as soon as i touched it. Tv was like 15 inches and no name brand. All the furniture was caked in polyurethane and dripping making it look like a slum. All windows were sealed and not functional. Location was sketchy although close...

”I loved the bed and pillows. Very comfortable sleep. Not thrilled with the old bathroom and old tub. NO HAIR DRYER??? Are you kidding me?? No phone in room to call down to front desk for one. Had to walk to front desk with wet hair to ask for one only to say they would send one up. For $300 a night, I expected at least a hair dryer.”

”The staff were kind so I actually debated whether to review or not . However at the nightly rate, no one should feel they are surprised on arrival. The property was very dated, no amenities, no elevated, window air conditioning only, furniture a bit unsightly, king size bed had just 2 flat pillows (more like used decorative pillows). If these were out of the property owner's control, I could understand but they aren't. Best wishes for swift improvements.”

”Our stay at this hotel was one of the worst we've ever experienced. We booked two rooms—one with a king bed and one with two double beds. The king room's shower didn't work at all. The valve just kept spinning and wouldn't turn the water on. When we called the front desk, they told us there wasn't a maintenance person on site. We had to wait about 30 minutes for someone else to arrive and fix it, which was unacceptable. The rest of the hotel was just as disappointing. The property was dirty and...
