”Charming and beautiful hotel in walking distance from restaurants and entertainment ”

”Simply outstanding! From arrival to departure, everything was 5 stars. This was our second time staying at this wonderful hotel. Staff greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm “welcome back.” The room (#16) was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Additionally, the included amenities throughout the hotel and in our room were top shelf/first class…no one does it better! We shall definitely return. Highly recommended. ”

”Paikka hyvä liikkumisen kannalta, julkinen liikenne lähellä. Hotelli uudistettu vanhaa tyyliä mukaillen, kunto hyvä. Parisängyt aika kapeita kahdelle, liian pehmeitä meidän makuun. Espanjan kielitaito olisi eduksi siivoojien kanssa kommunikointiin. Henkilökunta ystävällistä.”

”Very nice property in Baltimore. We attended a concert at CFG arena with easy walking distance. Nice bar and breakfast in the hotel, with nice rooms. Definitely recommend. ”

”There was no property. I arrived at the address listed and it was a row of boarded up row houses. I paid for a room i never checked in to and have no idea how to get a refund.”

”Staff was wonderful ”

”Don’t come here during baseball season/football season/anytime there’s an event at either stadium!!! I checked with the hotel about the availability of on site parking or if I needed to find parking somewhere else. I was assured by the hotel that they had parking on site and I didn’t need to make other arrangements. Published rate on their website is $35 a night for a guest. Got there to check in and there was an event going on at the stadium. The parking lot was full because they were upselling...

”Didn’t use gym”

”PROS: Downtown, walking distance to lots of restaurants and attractions. Hotel was clean, some staff was more helpful than others. CONS: the elevator is OLD and SCARY!! really needs to be updated. sidenote you are downtown lots of traffic and noise. ”

”My room was never cleaned. Asked for clean towels and new sheets and housekeeping told me to go down to the front desk. Front desk and management were no help to the matter either as they told me that I would receive what I needed, but nothing was delivered to my room. ”

”Air freshener smelled like they’re covering something, staff was never available, area is not bad ”

”Staff was friendly but very slow. Never had hot water during the two days I was there so I had to take a cold shower. Parking was not included in the price. ”

”1.Entrance door smelled like piss upon entry 2. No lights going up in the stairs 3. I’m night shift worker so my time to sleep was daytime, no good sleep at all, the dog in the next room keep on barking and it’s only drywall in between. 4. The room and around the area smelled like old fish oil. 5. Parking not clear if it’s free or limited parking because there’s a post everywhere that’s it’s only 2 hour parking or you’re car will get towed. ”
