âThe experience was a sharp contrast to the other hotels used during our two week trip. Things went wrong from the beginning to the end. Reservation was lost and found only after we showed the copies of the reservation. Dinner in hotel ârestaurantâ was a mistake, like was the breakfast in the morning. Staff was rude and hostile; even left the restaurant while customers were waiting in line to give their orders. And our keycards were programmed to stop functioning couple of hours before check- out...

âYoung people at the reception were looking at the screen while talking to you. No apologies for reasonable complaints or requests. Not rude exactly but close and definitely indifferent.
The âSkyline viewâ we paid extra for was towards bushes of a big park, a 5 store apartment building and the fancier hotel towers next door.
Shower gel, shampoo etc. pump-bottles on the wall were replaced with 1 single-use shampoo and conditioner. For 2 people. No shower gel.
