”Blackout curtains didn’t meet fully in the middle so it made for an early morning. This was the only note I have for the property that isn’t positive. Front desk staff was warm and welcoming and so helpful! Lovely clean room that was well appointed”

”Always like the snacks and the breakfast. Found someone flight information stuffed in the ice bucket and the blackout blinds were broken and would not open. ”

”Staff is slow at the restaurants and could be friendly along with a couple of gals that did room service as far as friendliness. Rooms are a bit dated but hotel is pretty. The popcorn was awful at the movies but really fun thing to do as far as watching movies there.”

”Decent for a night or two, but overall just okay. The walls are very thin, and quiet hours didn’t seem to be enforced. Check-in was confusing — we arrived around midnight to locked doors and had to call someone to get in since staff is only onsite from 8 AM to 8 PM. We were originally told mobile check-in with a credit card was an option, but that never seemed to work properly. On top of that, the $150 incidental hold felt excessive for a budget hotel. Housekeeping was minimal, and we had to...

”Broken drywall on bathroom floor, old candy bar wrapper in nightstand drawer. Left an item behind and no one would call back. Asked for a cab was told it takes 5 minutes, oh no I was late for an extremely important appointment.”

”My husband & I were very impressed with the hostess Ms. Henrietta Taylor she made us feel at home with her hospitality. She keeps the establishment immaculate, and served a scrumptious homemade breakfast! I highly recommend this bed & breakfast in the Central West End of St. Louis, Missouri to all family & friends! 2 Thumbs Up 👍👍!”

”Can't believe I paid almost $100 for this. The floor was sticky and disgusting, and you can tell that the entire building needs a serious makeover. Even the ice bucket had a crack at the bottom of it. Tried to call the front desk and the phone didn't work. Gives seriously shady vibes. Save your money. The one redeeming factor was the location.”

”Dan was a fantastic host as well as being a very kind person! Rosie, the cohost, might be somewhat intimadating at first glance for some, but she is a very sweet character when you get to know her. Breakfast was made with love by Dan and the whole house is tastefully original as was my room. The area itself is very inviting and parking is absolutely no problem. A stay that will always be positively remembered.”
