”Great property however they did refuse to give us 2 parking passes and it should be allowed with a double queen room. No parking anywhere.”

”Staff didn't care at all. People were in the pool from off the streets. No one wore their pool bands and staff didn't care. Carpet was filthy and elevator was dirty and wet the whole time. Didn't have any chairs or anything for the beach. Murphy bed in room was disgusting. Didn't have enough parking for guests. Had to park half a mile away sometimes. Only good thing was the view.”

”Very mixed emotions after our last minute trip there this weekend. This was one of few choices available given the holiday weekend. It is a Hilton Property. Pros: Helpful Staff, Nice Beach, near airport and mall. Great food, even so the wait can be long to get served. Nice lounge to have a drink before heading to bed in the evening with great bartender! Cons: We got two extra towels from house keeping on day one never to see the staff again. We went all three days there without a single room...

”The waterpark (slides, pool, kiddie pool) area was wonderful! Very family friendly. Staff was kind. We loved the pier as well. Had a flatbread from the restaurant that was great. The only thing we noticed was the walls were thin. We could easily hear our neighbors who were not loud people. Definitely a disappointment considering how expensive it is to stay here. But overall we loved it.”
