”This place was disgusting. There were ants in the kitchen and the bathroom. Looked like it had not been deep cleaned in years. I went to use a washcloth and when I squeezed the water out of it the water I squeezed out was brown . The bed pillows were dirty and disgusting I could not use them. There was was no A/C in the bedroom.The lighting was awful. Spiders in multiple places.Broken tile soap/shampoo shelf broken and jagged, someone could cut themselves on it. Shower floor is slippery. ”Cottage with character. Beds were comfortable & great location for an overnight before our whitewater rafting. AC in the living room was nice and strong. When we turned on the bedroom AC, bugs flew out all over the bed. Unable to open the window due to the lack of screens. Needs power washing to clean the bugs and spiderwebs. Communication was very fast with the Host.”

”House was impeccably clean. Beds were very comfortable. All amenities were available, like kitchen gear, extra bedding and newly installed appliances and homewares. Our host was attentive, very quick to reply and kind. Great location in Auburn to access shops and main thoroughfare, yet very private, quiet and good neighborhood. I would recommend this house and host for anyone who’s looking for a stress-free and comfortable stay in Auburn.”

”Bill and Judy are super sweet. I had a few hiccups with VRBO and same day booking, however Bill made it as easy as possible. Once we made it to the house it was even better then the pictures. From the kitchen to the rooms, and kids room we had a great time and would loved to return one day. Thank you Bill and Judy you are the beesssst!!!”

”Small space turned into a garage, the owner stays at the house next door and they watch you like a hawk! Owners were terrible, shows a spa but not allowed to use it. Do yourself a favor and find a better rental”
