”It was just what we hoped for a modern but rustic home overlooking vineyards and central to so many wonderful places to visit!”

”Beautiful spot for us to spend our anniversary! Loved all the widows looking out onto the forest! It really felt like you were in a treehouse! Be aware if you have any mobility issues not the place for you! Bedrooms are upstairs through a narrow spiral staircase. We loved it and will definitely be back!”

”Beautiful secluded spot by the river. Maria was very responsive when we had questions. Clear check in instructions which made the process smooth for our group. Please review the description of the place properly before booking regarding how sound can travel through the whole house. Our group didn't mind but some people might. The only downside for us was the pool table was smaller than we thought. However disc golf was fun around the property.”

”Quiet and secluded. Near town. Home is cozy and clean. Host communicates really well.”

”very nice space ”

”An absolute gem of a property in Sebastopol that makes a perfect jumping off point for exploring the town and all of Sonoma county: 20 minutes to Bodega Bay, 30 minutes to Healdsburg, 50 minutes to Sonoma. And if you're not afraid of a little walking, a 15-minute walk will get you to downtown and the Barlow. (And if it's dark when it's time to go home, it's a 3-minute, 7 Uber ride back.) The house itself is impeccable and looks like something from a design magazine. Beautifully appointed,...

”Our stay was great! The house was very comfortable and well apportioned. An excellent combo of creature comforts and rustic charm. We especially loved waking up and drinking our coffee amongst the red woods each morning and easy river access for swimming and playing later in the day. Jordan was very communicative and made the stay a breeze”

”We loved our stay! The area is beautiful, peaceful and quiet. The house is clean, well maintained and equipped. Really enjoyed it and look forward to our next visit.”

”There’s hardly any water up stairs the shower doesn’t work at all. Threshold into upstairs bedroom isn’t attached caused me to trip heated was up at 85 degrees when we got here took forever to cool off zero water pressure”

”Such a clean and bright and comfortable home in a private serene setting! While staying at the Modern Farmhouse, we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at The Goldfinch in Sebastopol, and a day of kayaking on the Russian River. ”

”Beautiful property, can’t wait to get back!”

”Quiet, secluded location within a quick drive of excellent restaurants and wineries.”
