”This is by far the WORST customer care by the site manager and her team! She was extremely rude and unprofessional after a staff member who had checked me in two hours prior, came busing in my room door while I was in bed!!!!!!!!! On top of the experience, I had to pay to be treated as such. ”

”The staff was great and quick to respond. The rooms had improvements done that you could easily see. You could easily hear any outdoor noise through the door - highway, sirens, people walking passed your door, etc. Nothing really to brag about, it was just a room.”

”A terrible experience. The room was filthy, unsafe, and smelled awful. The front desk staff was very unprofessional and only interested in collecting payment, not resolving any issues guests might have. A terrible hotel that should go out of business.”

”Hot tub was not hot or blowing. Actually it was filthy too. Come on guys when you research and pay for hot tub there should be one. No coffee pot in room! That’s pretty standard for a halfway decent motel. No elevator! That’s pretty standard to have too! This is not the flintstone age is it? Definitely could do better for the money”

”With the hotel being right off the hwy it gave easy access to move around, there’s also a Walmart across the street for those forgotten items. The WiFi was easy to connect & I had two devices connected during the duration of my stay with no issues. The continental breakfast was a nice free meal to get the day start, with a mall & tons of restaurants all with-in a 10min drive there’s plenty of food options. The rates were also easy on the pockets to give a last minute spot to sleep/shower or just...

”Door could be opened even when locked. Wouldn’t give us a new room. Said the door shrinks due to cold temperatures. Nice try I said, I’m from Minnesota. Didn’t care about our safety or security. ”

”The room were not locked all the way Had to pay cash for a deposit after already paid And the person checking me in was rude because there was nothing on y'all's website about half the pay cash.”

”The staff was courteous and accommodating to needs which were basic. Be mindful this is an old motel building with basic features needs upgrading for technology. We brought our own WiFi for internet. Our own towels which was fine we carry them anyway as we don’t allow room service.”

”The amenities were very lacking. There was a hot plate that worked, but it was very slow heating up and was rusty. The refrigerator was fine. There were bugs in the room. We were happy when we left.”
