”We stayed at this property based on the chain’s reputation and our previous stays at other locations. However, it was not up to the company’s usual standards. We found it to be subpar lodging at a premium price. ”I had the opportunity to interact with 3 different staff on my stay. Each one took personal attention to me and helped resolve my problem in a way they knew the issues were solved. The staff I met around 230pm and then 2 others around 1030pm or so totally made my trip. It was a disaster of a day for me and thy helped me tremendously.”
