”Good for a place to sleep. Not ideal for any central place to gather in unit. This is an upstairs space and AC is via a window vented portable unit in one bedroom and there isn’t one in the 2nd bedroom. So you have to keep doors open and the unit is loud to sleep with. Floor fans would help to circulate air throughout. Enclosed porch/seating area was too warm to be functional. Aroma from kitchen below in the main house filled the space. One of the kitchen stools was broken leaving a single...

”The studio was super cute. Very modern and well decorated. Very clean. Full disclosure it’s part of another unit. Completely separate, but it is almost the basement. Luckily, we dont mind and are a generally quiet couple, but if you needed more sound privacy, maybe not the place for you! The location is perfect pretty much 10 minutes from all the cool places we decided to go face emoji super easy check-in and check out. Didn’t have to do a list of chores before we left so that was awesome.”

”The apt was clean and the furniture and beds were comfortable. There were some small issues with outlets that didn’t work, in the bathroom and a ceiling fan that I couldn’t turn on. The weather was insanely hot and humid and the a/c could never cool the apt below 78 degrees. (The outside temp being 98-104 degrees) Thus the ceiling fan would have been very helpful. The most frustrating aspect of our stay was the door handle and latch. It was not working properly and could only be opened from the...
