”The Burbank Rose is in a great location to the main dining and shopping area in Newport. It was very clean, spacious and the staff were very kind and professional. The free parking lot was about a 15 min. walk (0.7 mi.), which wasn't bad for us. We were able to drop off our luggage, then park and walk to the B&B. We would stay here again.”

The rooms were spacious, the 2-rooms were king size instead of queen or double, the parking is included, and there is a shuttle (Paul was a great driver and tour guide) that takes you into town by the wharf so you don’t have to find a lot. The buildings are Revolutionary War era construction, so don’t expect the modern amenities of a 21st century hotel chain. ”The rooms are clean, big and super comfortable. The location is 15-20 minutes from downtown Newport. We went for a labor day wedding and the prices of hotels in Newport were incredibly unaffordable for us, so this was the perfect solution. We got an Uber to get to an evening wedding on the water and everything worked out perfectly.”
