🏳️‍🌈 #2: Walk to Wilton Drive (with kitchen)

Thoroughly residential neighborhood, 0.6 mile walk to Wilton Drive. Parking for one car only. Window AC unit. The kitchen is fully equipped but does not have an oven. Private entrance, you get the whole apartment to yourself.

Kitchen: The Kitchen is equipped for real cooking. There are sharp knives and non-stick pots and pans and an electric stove. No oven.

Wi-Fi: two internet connections (Comcast and AT&T) provide redundancy. Both are the highest residential speeds available. Wifi is strong throughout the entire property. Stream 4K movies or do video calls.

Laundry: There is no washer or dryer

Parking: assigned parking for one car in front of the building. The nearest parking for a second car is 6 blocks away (0.4 miles).

Babies: every unit has a crib, and a highchair is available on request.

Beach gear: we provide beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler.

Grill (Shared gas grill): The grill in the backyard is shared by seven units. You are welcome to clean it to your satisfaction and then to use it. Most guests just heat it up to 400-500 degrees, brush it off a bit, and find that satisfactory. If the gas runs out, let us know, and we will fill it the next morning (Sundays excepted).

The TV gets local channels only. It is a Smart TV, so you can access Netflix, HBO or other streaming services.

Bugs are a constant battle in Florida. You may encounter some during your stay. We exterminate using traps, bait, sprays, and fumigation. There is bug spray on the top shelf in the kitchen cabinet furthest from the sink. If you need us to come and exterminate, we can send someone Monday through Saturday (Sundays are more difficult).
