We had an extended stay in this house and we felt like we were leaving home! Everything about this house is wonderful, the size, the pool, the management, the location. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to return.

We had an amazing month at this beautiful family friendly home in Pompano. The house was roomy, clean & fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. We spent hours in the warm salt water pool, hanging out in the yard, and loved being so close to Pompano Beach - less than 10 minutes away. I can't say enough about our host Sherwin. He was so warm & welcoming to us & to our guests -even bringing us coconuts from his yard. Hospitality at its best! I hope we can stay here again!

Florida stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay. My kids loved the playground and the pool. As a parent, I felt safe with the option of having the pool fence put in as added safety. We enjoyed eating outside and grilling. The rooms were spacious and bright. It was a lovely stay.

Fantastic Property

We loved staying here. The pool was great! Lots of pool toys and floaties available. The house was very clean and well taken care of. The property manager was on top of everything and we were able to text him at any time if we had any questions or problems. The beach was a 5 minute drive from the house. Would definitely recommend this house.

Great house!

As a family of 5 this house was perfect. Plenty of options for sleeping. Lots to do. Our kids loved the pool, mini golf and play set. The house was clean and the owners and property manager were very accommodating and responded immediately. We would stay here again!

Beautiful and well equipped

We had a wonderful 9 days. This home had everything we needed. The pool was perfectly warm when the air was cool and the ocean was very close. Pompano Beach is so convenient and clean and is not packed like other beaches. Great restaurants are also within walking distance to this well maintained convenient home. We have already discussed our stay next year.

Great location & amazing property for a family

We had a great time at this place. From day one we were treated as VIP guests. The owner and her concierge were on top of every detail and made sure our family had a wonderful vacation. Location is everything! This place is located in a fabulous neighborhood with plenty of things to do all around. The house is great and accommodated is really well. The furniture and beds are comfortable, awesome kitchen and pool area. Thanks for these guys we had a blast!

Great Family House

This is our 3rd time renting this property and it continues to get better. The owners continue make improvements including a new washer and dryer as well as a new pool deck. Sherwin who serves as onsite concierge could not be more kind or helpful. Highly recommend this house for any family looking for a relaxing time in Florida. We will be back.

Great location

The place is located just a few minutes from pompano beach and its nearby grocery stores. I wouldn’t say it’s a luxury rental. It could use better indoor cleaning like in the kitchen and stove as well as fixing the wheels and door of the dishwasher.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this great location. The house was 5 min from the beach, assuming you don’t hit the draw bridge. The beaches were very family friendly. The house has lots of beach gear. The pool was very warm, which was very nice in the cool March evenings. The kids loved the play set, also the pool fence was nice to have up because we had a small children. Check in process was very easy. The property manager was very responsive to all our needs. Thanks for a great spring break!

If there were a 6 star review, I’d give it.

Rent this property while you can!! Fantastic and can’t wait to return. Spacious, clean, and comfortable and the amenities are unmatched!! Close to the beach, grocery stores, shops and restaurants, but the home is such a dream why leave? Our kids loved the playground and the pool, complete (even beach towels provided) with safety fence and awesome patio furniture made our vacation fantastic. The grill and tiki hut were perfect too. Coffee outside in the morning was tranquil! Loved the comfy beds and pillows. So clean and Sherwin couldn’t be any more gracious and kind - fabulous concierge!

Florida the easy way

We loved our stay. My son learned to swim in the wonderful pool (a memory we'll have forever) and even on chillier days the warm, private and protected pool was a welcome spot of warmth and allowed us to enjoy the outdoors even when the beach was cold. It's easily accessible from the airport, walking distance and a very short drive to everything you'll need in terms of food and dining options and the beach is very close and very easy. There's even a public fountain/water feature near beach parking so you can get your kiddos clean before heading home. We have two young kids so the jungle gym and pool fence were very helpful. We'll be back!

Family friendly home

Michelle was very professional, responsive and understanding every time I communicated with her. My family and I enjoyed this Pompano Beach home very much. The pool and playground were both a hit for both of our kids, (3 & 12). The house is about a 10 minute drive to Pompano Beach. This area of the town is family friendly and both, the home and beach have wonderful family amenities for everyone to enjoy. We also appreciate extra hand sanitizer and face masks in such extraordinary times. These all came along pretty handy and were used throughout our stayed.

Fantastic - could've not made a better choice!!!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation during our 4 day stay at Michelle's house. It's clean, very comfortable and has a lot of space. All the beds are comfy and rooms provide lots of light. The kitchen is cozy and equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. Our kids loved the playground and the fantastic pool. TVs and the rest of the appliances are new. All the outdoor furniture is also new. There is a grill where we cooked our favorite meals. The house is located five minutes from the beach, close to restaurants, grocery stores and shops. Sherwin, the concierge, is a wonderful person always making sure we had all we needed to have the best experience ever! This property is indeed a beautiful retreat and we can't wait to return.

Perfect Family Vacation Getaway Home

Spending our Christmas vacation week at this spacious pool home was fabulous! Everyone from grandma to granddaughter loved the interior layout, amazing backyard (pool, patio, tiki hut, and playground), and easy cooking and dining endeavors. It was all a dream! There were some hiccups that could easily be rectified (closet doors malfunctioning, no dressers in 3 bedrooms, door leading to pool would not close properly which kept setting alarm sensor off, and several other somewhat annoying issues). Family members said they loved the home but it needs some TLC. Overall, this vacation spot’s highlights and amenities far outweighed the issues. We definitely would recommend this Pompano Beach spot and would encourage guests to take advantage of the great outdoor atmosphere it offers.

Amazing Family Vacation

This house was incredibly well appointed. Spacious living areas and great distribution of rooms. We had 2 kids (5 and 3) and grandparents. The day we arrived we were surprised to find the pool fully “stocked” with water toys and a giant flamingo floatie (a highlight for our kids). The outdoor area is spacious and beautiful, complete with a jungle gym for the kids and a super nice outdoor dining cabana with a BBQ grill. The location is great in a quiet residential area and 5 min drive to the beach, pier and great restaurants. Another surprise was the full set of beach chairs, wagon, beach toys etc. I’m addition to all this, Sherwin, the concierge was lovely, helpful, gave us tips of things to do and was incredibly responsive. If you are looking for the best family vacation, look no further, this is it!! Spacious and Sprawling Indeed!

Your home is truly a beautiful, spacious "Pompano Beach Retreat." The home is everything you are looking for when visiting Southeast Florida. It is so close to the beach. Every morning I enjoyed a brisk walk in the quiet, tranquil neighborhood. Stores galore were available for anything I needed during my stay. The property is very clean and well maintained. I enjoyed swimming in the heated lap pool, and sitting on the comfortable lounge chair to read and soak up the Florida Sun. The owners have thought of everything. Having arrived late at night, it was wonderful to enjoy a cup of fresh brewed coffee that next morning. My travel plans changed due to weather conditions in my city, however, the local Concierge, Sherwin, prepared the home and made sure everything was ready for my arrival. Bring the family and friends to this lovely home. There is room for many to enjoy a fun filled vacation. I would definitely stay at this house again should my travel plans bring me back to Southeast Florida. Rosemary

Mixed feelings

There are things to like about this property and a few things which would cause us not to come back. During our stay, we had several maintenance issues (A/C not working, pool heater not working, gas leak in outdoor fireplace, slow drain in bath, dishwasher lower rack missing wheels causing it to fall off track). Also, cleanliness issues. Dirty pots and pans in cabinet, filthy stove and range hood. While advertised as luxury, this place is not that. The pros: spacious both inside and out. The house sits on a double lot. This place is great for kids as they can run around in the side yard which is artificial turf. They have crib, high chair, baby utensils, etc. Large dining areas both inside and outside. Really nice grill. Close to grocery stores (walking distance) and park with nice playground. In summary, I’d say the place is nice but not worth the price.

Great place

We had a wonderful time at a beautiful home with a great owner. The concierge was extremely helpful! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time in Florida. The house was great for our family,particularly our grandson,who had great fun in the play area. Check in was helpful and seamless and we found things welcoming. Sherwin, the concierge ,was very nice and helpful .He kept in touch in a low key friendly way.

GREAT PLACE

THE LOCATION AND HASACCESS TO EVERYTHING YOU NEED. THE POOL WAS NICE AND CLEAN. I LOVED THE DOOR CHIME THAT RINGS IN CASE A CHILD ESCAPES TO THE PATIO/POOL AREA. I AM GLAD THEY ALSO HAD A FENCE FOR POOL FOR EXTRA PROTECTION. HOUSE WAS GREAT AND PLENTY OF ROOM. THIS WAS A GREAT STAY AND OWNERS AND PROPERTY MANAGER WERE EXCELLANT. WE WERE IN TOWN ON BUSINESS.

Beautiful. Beautiful. Beautiful!!!!

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay - it’s like our host thought of EVERYTHING! We loved the pool, especially the kids - they had floaters, life vests and beach toys for the kids- so that was one less thing to worry about purchasing. We loved the open layout of the kitchen and loving area - it made it very easy and comfortable to mingle with the family. The details were EVERYTHING - from the crib in one room to having seasoning and essentials in the cupboards. We would love to come back for sure :) thanks so much for having us.
