With less than a 1 minute walk you arrive at one of the best beaches in all of south Florida. Birch State Park joins the back of the property, giving you peace and beautiful nature scenery. Kayak, paddle-board, or canoe the lagoon from right in the backyard; all included.

Oasis Beach Haven sleeps 14 total guests: 10 adults and up to 4 children under the age 12.

Master - 1 king bed & 1 queen sofa-couch
Bedroom #2 - 2 queen beds
Both with ensuite bathrooms

Downstairs
Bedroom #3 - 1 king bed
Bedroom #4 - 1 king bed & bathroom ensuite
Bedroom #5 - 2 twin beds

Huge kitchen with dual sinks and dishwashers

We have resources for additional services for special requests; golf carts, bicycles, private chef, in-stay cleaning services, and much more. Early check-in and/or later check out may be available depending on scheduling. Please contact the host for rates and availability.

Guest access:

Guests have full access to the property. 2 small closets are locked for cleaning storage.

Guests have access to full driveway; can fit up to 8 standard sized cars.

Interaction with guests:

The property manager or one of his direct assistants will always be available for any guests needs relating to the property and their stay.

Other details to note:

Maximum adults 10 plus up 4 children for a maximum of 14 guests

The host is available nearly 24/7 with any black-out times being disclosed at check-in.

All guests are required to follow local ordinances and request all neighbors at all times.

Pets are allowed however they must be disclosed, and pet cleaning fee must be paid so deep cleaning is covered for future guests. No exceptions.

Reservations over Holidays; specifically, Christmas & New Years have a 12-night minimum if you want both Holidays or a 6-night minimum if you choose one or the other. Please send a request to the host with any questions or clarification.
