The space
Every piece in AQUAMARIA1163, from every single plant and light fixture to each pillow and tea option was carefully hand-picked and curated as if it was for our home. We wanted to create a cozy, yet tasteful space for our guests to feel welcomed, peaceful and ready to disconnect and relax at our little paradise.

AQUAMARIA 1163 is a fully renovated home with a recently converted saltwater pool and an outdoor dining and living room areas surrounded by nature and privacy. We made this possible by elevating our fence a bit for the comfort of our guests. When the sun falls the view at night will make you not want to leave. Soft lights illuminate the giant Birds of Paradise (the plants that resemble palm trees with bigger, rounder leaves), the illuminated pool and the soft lights from the umbrellas make up the perfect intimate setting. It's almost dreamy. And we created it that way for our guests and the memories they'll create at AQUAMARIA 1163.

What we wanted to create was a place where one could travel light and we confidently think we accomplished it. We made sure that our guests have everything they need in case they want to prepare complete meals during their stay by providing them with pots and pans, a pressure cooker/slow cooker, a panini maker and baking dishes. Every room has a charging station in case someone forgets to pack their phone charger, and our bathrooms are also equipped with some essentials like toothpaste and makeup remover wipes for those who might need them.

AQUAMARIA 1163 is not just a place where you stay, it set up in a way so that it offers a positive, integral experience where you can relax, disconnect from your day-to-day stressors, reconnect with yourself and nature, and recharge. And we work hard to make this true to all of our guests.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 4 adults + up to three children under 13 years old. Any child 13 years old or older is considered an adult for booking purposes.
