The rental agreement has to be signed for monthly rental, and an additional Refundable security deposit of $ 650.00 only for Monthly Rental

WE DO NOT ALLOW A GROUP OF COLLEGE STUDENTS OR A GROUP OF YOUNG ADULTS TO STAY IN THIS PROPERTY. SORRY
