The fully-furnished house has three bedrooms, with two bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, sun-drenched deck, and three parking spaces.

Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood in Central Fort Lauderdale: 5 minutes from the restaurants and bars of downtown Fort Lauderdale, Las Olas, and Wilton Drive, 10 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport, and 30 minutes from Miami and Miami International Airport.

Staying in? Enjoy a game of pool, Jenga, Connect Four, or Uno. Plus Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video on us.

The house was showing where. The en suite bathroom left a little bit to desired location was fine for the price overall, not a terrible place. Just needs a little TLC.

Numerous issues with the house. There is what appears to be black mold in the main bathroom and lots of previous water damage in the master bath from the glass shower walls that are not properly mounted to the walls. Lots of other damage throughout the house. The pots and pans were limited and disgusting. Utensilswere limited, only 4 forks. Overall cleanliness of the place was poor as well. Location is right on a main road that has traffic all night long next to impossible to get a full night's sleep of you are sleeping in either of the rooms that are right next to the street. Requested the host to cancel our stay, after the first night, due to the condition of the house, as I could not cancel nor could customer service. I was not able to book a different place, I assumed due to the reservation not being canceled immediately. We waited several hours for the cancelation, that actually didn't happen until Wednesday. We ended up having to book the rooms at a hotel. Thankfully we were fully refunded eventually although the host marked it that we didn't meet the age requirement, which isn't true, but if that was what they had to due to give us a full refund then ok. This property should not be made avaliable on VRBO until it's has been fixed and verified and inspected for compliance. It should also be required to note the proximity of the house to the busy street.

Short stay visiting family

The location was great. Close to restaurants shops and short distance to beach. Everything was as advertised just disappointed in cleanliness and the couch was pretty uncomfortable.

Comfy work trip

We went for 1 night for a quick business trip. It was just as described. We all slept comfortably. It is off of a fairly busy street, so my coworker did complain a little about the noise but we still alept very well. Thank you for hosting us. 🥰

The location is decent but it's front door is on the main road. Was a used needle in the bushes out back. Ac works well. Major complaint beds are not full queens they are doubles.

Nice stay

The house was good for our purposes. Fabrice was very responsive at all times. The house is over a street with some traffic and you can hear the noise, which could be bothersome at night if you are sensitive to noise. Other than that it was a great stay.

Solid stay

The place itself worked well for our group. Centrally located, allowed us a good home base to explore and to just hang out if we wanted to. The futon couch was easy to convert into an extra sleeping spot, but was definitely not the most comfortable. Rooms were great, place was clean, kitchen had what we needed. The traffic noise is real as other reviews state. Not to the point that you can’t sleep, but the traffic is a thing and you do hear it in the house. Overall, a good stay and it fit our needs.

Check in was easy and The inside was nice. Great communication w host. The place was somewhat clean, had to clean up a little more as the wall and floors had stains. The TVs in the room didn’t work but the games and pool table provided left us occupied throughout the trip. Overall good stay

Overall great stay

Overall great stay. Some things to note for future parties. It is very close to an active road, the windows do not block much sound and it is very loud with every passing car. No real curtains to block the sun, so prepare to wake up with the sun. The couch is very small and very broken down, you can feel the springs through the cushions. It was not comfortable and certainly not enough seating for a full house of 8, it was snug with only 4 of us sitting up. There was no directions or ability to turn the sofa into a sofa bed or futon, which is listed as a sleeping option, plus if it had worked it would have been so uncomfortable. Luckily we brought an air mattress just in case. Lastly, the plumbing. eeek. Took 2-3 flushes to get the toilets to properly flush almost every use. They can’t be flushed while a shower is on, or at the same time. You have to wait between each attempted flush to try again. The shower in the hallway does not drain properly, filling up, and that’s just icky to me. The master shower was tiny but nice! If you are an adult man or larger individual, there is no turning around or moving in that shower. I’m little had a hard time moving just to wash my body. Overall, the stay was fine for us. Minus those downfalls. Great back porch but very recorded, too many cameras. Nice open layout. Great ac! Which is always a concern. Very clean. Owners communicated well and very on time. Provided everything we needed right up front. Wouldn’t mind staying here again. Oh and perfect location, literally within a 5-15 minute drive of everything. Parking is a little weird.
