1. Master Bedroom: This spacious room features a King-sized bed, nightstands, TV for your entertainment, walk-in closets, laundry room and ample storage. Relax in the seating area. The en-suite bathroom includes two sinks, a walk-in shower that offers the most relaxing massage to unwind during your stay, and plenty of storage spaces.
2. Second Master Bedroom: Equipped with a King-sized bed, this room also includes a dresser, nightstand, ample closet, and its own bathroom with bathtub and shower, providing a comfortable and stylish space.
3. Third Bedroom: Another cozy room with a king-sized bed, nightstand, and closet, perfect for additional guests or family members.

The house features amenities like coffee station, chef kitchen with induction stove, WiFi, central A/C, laundry room, plenty of storage to ensure a comfortable stay.
The living room has a fireplace that gives the distinctiveness to enjoy a cozy atmosphere; TV, end table and additional seating at the Florida room to enjoy views of the pool and direct access to the backyard, making it easy to transition between indoor and outdoor living.

Dining room: Suitable for 6 people with a little more distinctive touch and a bar area with its wine refrigerator to keep your spumante at the perfect temperature.

Laundry Room:
For your convenience, the house includes a washer and dryer, ensuring you can keep up with laundry during your stay.

Backyard:
The backyard is the highlight of this property. It boasts a large, open space with a pool perfect for relaxation. There is also additional dining table that seats 6 people to enjoy the outdoors. We also offer patio seating in the sun, providing plenty of options for lounging and enjoyment of the panoramic views.
Our pool and outdoor sitting area is what we love the most and we assure that it will be the place you will have memorable experiences.

At the front of the house we have the circular driveway offers ample parking space for your vehicle(s)

This exquisite home is ideally situated in a peaceful and friendly neighborhood, we also have a close relationship with our neighbors, very friendly to interact with.
Only a short drive from the pristine Pompano Beach, the Pompano Beach Park with Pickleball courts, tennis court and plenty of sports you can enjoy; access to main arteries such as US1, I-95, international airport, Port of Ft. Lauderdale; The Greg Norman Signature Pines Golf Course, redesigned by Greg Norman features 7119 yards, par 72, TifEagle greens, and 5 sets of tees for your golfing enjoyment. The adjacent Palms Course is over 6280 yards, par 71 and 5 sets of tees, and only a mile from the beach! and much more!
