Welcome to our cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale.

The apartment is fully furnished and includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests.

Please note that there is only one outdoor parking space available, which is included with the apartment. Kindly refer to the photos for more details.

As part of our check-in process, we require a copy of your ID or driver’s license before providing the access code. This is a standard procedure for all guests.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking in the hallway with the apartment door open is also not allowed, as smoke can enter the unit. Any evidence of smoking inside or causing the apartment to smell like smoke will result in a $500 fine. Additionally, if we observe smoking during your stay, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
