Tämä hiljattain kunnostettu ja tyylikkäästi sisustettu, 4 makuuhuoneen ja 2 kylpyhuoneen talo on henkilökohtainen paratiisikeskus mailin päässä rannasta. Tämä ominaisuus on yhden perheen asunto turvallisessa, rauhallisessa perhekeskeisessä naapurustossa. Naapureidemme suhteen kotia ei ole käytettävissä juhla- tai ryhmätapaamisiin. Tämä ominaisuus on tarkoitettu perheille ja kypsille aikuisille. Emme vuokraa alle 25-vuotiaita tai opiskelijaryhmiä.

Se on loistava paikka perheellesi ja ystävillesi paeta! Tässä kodissa on oma erityisen suuri takapiha, jossa on lämmitetty uima-allas, iso tiki-kota ja BBQ Gril. Useita istumia koko uima-allasalueella älykäs taulutelevisio valmiina rentoutumiseesi ja viihdyttäväksi.
Veden lämpötila on sama uima-altaalla ja kylpylällä.

Oleskelutila johtaa taivaallisen uima-altaan terassille, jossa kirkas kuohuvesi loitsuilee virvokkeita.
Koti on täynnä päivitettyjä mukavuuksia, kuten täysin varustettu keittiö, keskusilmastointi, kodin pesula, kaapeli / ilmainen Wi-Fi ja avoin asuintila.

Sisällä talo tarjoaa valtavan makuuhuoneen, jossa on oma valtava upouusi oma kylpyhuone ja kävelykaapissa ja pääsy uima-altaan alueelle, 2. makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, 3. makuuhuoneessa on kaksi täysikokoista vuodetta ja 4. makuuhuoneessa on 1 queen-size-vuode. Kaikissa huoneissa on iso taulutelevisio.
Perheet ovat tervetulleita jäämään lastensa luo.

Kotimme sijaitsee Pompanon rannalla, vain 3-4 minuutin ajomatkan tai noin 20 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Pompanon rannalta, 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Lauderdalesta meren ja Deerfieldin rannoilla. Se on erittäin kätevä sijainti kävely- / polkupyörämatkan päässä joihinkin ravintoloihin ja kauppoihin.

Olemme vain 20 minuutin päässä Fort Lauderdalen lentokentältä !!!

Pompanon ranta on täynnä viihdettä kaikille! Lähellä rantaravintolaa, yöelämää, golfkenttiä, ostosmahdollisuuksia, urheilumahdollisuuksia, teattereita, kasinoita, venesatamia ja pääsy rannalle.
Saat parhaat puolet molemmista maailmoista, kun tämä sijainti on 15-20 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Fort Lauderdale -rannoista, kauniista Las Olas -bulevardista Fort Lauderdale'n keskustassa, Mizner-puistossa Boca Ratonin keskustassa uskomattomien ostosmahdollisuuksien, ravintoloiden ja elokuvien kanssa paikan päällä olevalla elokuvateatterilla.

We visited Pampano Fl in August. We were very pleased with the home upon entry. Igor made it very easy to check in and out. He was very responsive to any questions I had. The home was very comfortable, clean and spacious for my family of 5. As for the backyard, I can't say enough or stop smiling at the thought of being there, truly an outside Oasis, Paradise in your own backyard. My 4-year-old woke up every morning asking to go swimming, and we did. The pool/backyard is an EPIC space. We ALL were very pleased with our week's stay. The home is very close to nearby restaurants (walking distance) and grocery stores. The home was only a 3–5-minute drive to the local beaches. We also ventured out to Ft. Lauderdale (22 minutes away) and Miami (45 minutes). Overall, we would definitely stay at this home if visiting Pompano again. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay! The home was very comfortable and spacious. The rooms and bathrooms were large and having a television in each room was a PLUS especially if you are traveling with children. You are close to beach and supermarkets. NOW for the BEST part of all…the backyard! This is where we spent most of our time grilling, enjoying the beautiful pool and the AMAZING resort style tiki hut that had couches, resort style chairs and another television! We even had most of our meals on backyard table! Floats for the pool were provided and the home even has a backyard shower! Could not say enough about the hosts! They were always available for any question I might have had and really made the experience wonderful. I would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely be back! Thank you very much Igor and Irina for a wonderful stay and for welcoming us into your lovely home.

Great property and a great location. Would have nice to have had the door code before we left uk. We had problems with our phones when we arrived and after a long day travelling having to drive round to find free wifi to contact the owner to get the code wasn’t ideal but we got there and fortunately they did respond quickly and we got in and had a lovely time. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend this property and pompano

Beautiful home

The home is beautiful and well appointed. It was great we could walk to places including the beach and pier area. The owners were easy to get into touch with. Our only recommendation would be to have some pool floats for guests to use and maybe a binder or listing of places to go and see in the area. We would absolutely return and rent this home again!

Relax in paradise

It was a short 1 mile drive to the beach and The property manager met us at the door to show us around the property and make sure we knew where things were. The house had so much space and was perfect for our family (mom dad Aunt and 2 kids 4 and 6). We loved the outdoor area which included a very large poolparkinf was a breeze. There is a nice play area for the kids ans several restaurants to dine at for lunch. Many days we juat enjoyed lounging poolside as it truly felt like paradise with the trees surroundjng the entire outdoor area and the covered sitting area with a tv for kids to nap in shade.

Relaxing and in a great location.

Very nice property in perfect location. Very comfortable with lots of spce to spread out and relax.We only had four so 2 bedrooms were unused. Great backyard oasis. Feel like at a resort not at a neighborhood. We brought bikes so we never had to drive. Close to lots of restaurants a very nice park and the beach.

Great location, excellent outdoor space.

The house was nice, had everything we needed. The outdoor space was the best part with a good size pool and tiki hut with plenty of seating for everyone. Location was convenient to restaurants and a short drive to the beach.

Great outdoor space!

We had a wonderful time at the property. There were 6 of us. I will say that if you fill all bedrooms, the bathroom situation might be difficult. There are two bathrooms, however one of them is within the master suite so you have to go through a bedroom to get to it. For three couples it worked fine most of the time. The house was very clean, well stocked and easy to find. Hosts were awesome with their responses.The property is within about a mile of the beach, on a quiet street with a spectacular back yard/pool area. We spent most of our time there. The Main Street going to the beach is a busy one, so we ended up driving in order to take the beach chairs that were provided. There is a nice park just down the street from the property that is an easy walk. We were very satisfied with the property overall.

Relaxing backyard

The communication with the property manager was wonderful. The only issue we had was that they were renovating and were unable to use the kitchen for the first two days because new countertops were being installed. My children and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely book with them again. The backyard is wonderful!

Enjoyable Backyard

This place really grew on me. Walkable to golf course and large public park complex. Close to grocery store and great doughnut shop. The backyard is so comfortable for outdoor living. It was hard to leave.

Marylanders for 4 nights

Let me start by saying that communication with the home owner was excellent and prompt, especially when I had the combination lock numbers backwards and locked us out of the house one night! The owner was very accommodating and went out of his way to meet our needs when our flight time changed. We had plenty of room for our clothes, luggage, food etc. The pool and pool area was fantastic for relaxing and watching the Olympics, eating, etc. The only thing I would change would be for the pool water to be cooler. This is also true for the interior of the house. I recommend ceiling fans throughout The price of thethe house. Three

Excellent Vacation House

The interior of the house was very clean and newly renovated. The size was perfect for our group of 5 women celebrating our 50th birthdays. The outdoor space was the best part of the house and we enjoyed every minute of it outside. The beach is about a mile walk. The hosts texted quickly when we had questions and were extremely accommodating. We would go back 100%. We had an ex excellent time.

Overall we had a nice stay. The backyard and pool were great for our family. I do think the interior of the house can be cleaned better and small improvements can be made like light fixtures, dents, etc.. Upon arrival our host greeted us and that was nice but we were very worried when we saw the front exterior as it needs a lot of work. Overall it was a nice stay, the pool was great and we spent many nights outside.

Terrific Stay

We stayed at Paradise Resort over Thanksgiving week to visit family local to Boca. There were four adults and four children staying on the property. The property was exceptionally clean. The beds and linens were amazingly comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious and accommodated us perfectly. The true gem of the property is the backyard. The pool is beautiful (albeit a little chilly for Mom and Dad. Kids thought it was fine!) and the tiki hut space is awesome. I loved having coffee out there in the morning and then wine in the evening as the kids enjoyed the pool. The backyard is VERY private and the neighbors were quiet.
