Yes,amenities. The place looked as shown and was very clean and neat. Furnishings were contemporary and fit nicely in the studio. A notebook with instructions and things to do and places to eat was waiting, which was helpful. I loved the location and it was nice and quiet.Any suggestions I made were welcome by my host. I would stay again and recommend to friends.

The condo was very clean and the location was excellent. Jerome was very fast with responding and he was able to accommodate us with no problems on adding an extra night. I would highly recommend staying here!

The rental was clean, comfortable, and a good location. Bedding was especially nice. Check-in process was not good for me. Host indicated I would be notified if early check in before 4pm was possible. I understood it was unlikely, but I did not receive door code until I called VRBO support and waited an hour outside the door. That was 5pm until I heard from him. Even with the communication issue I enjoyed my stay there. Plenty to do within walking distance. Would stay again.

Jerome's place was perfect for our two-day stay. Clean, comfortable and exactly as described and photographed. You'll get an experienced host and a well -equipped space. We loved that we were just a short stroll to morning coffee or evening dinner on Las Olas, but still in a quiet part of the neighborhood. The area is very walkable, but still plenty of parking and very close to the beach, downtown etc. We had a great stay and look forward to returning.

Perfect Two Night Stay!

This place was perfect for our two night stay. The unit was very clean, bedding super comfortable, and you can't beat that parking spot. Jerome was extremely responsive and very accommodating when submitting request. We will definitely be back!

No accountability for a power outage at the property

I want to start by saying the property is perfect for what we needed. Quaint, clean and great proximity to the beach. The experience we had however was horrendous. We went to dinner on our second night and came back to a blacked out (power off) unit. It was around 8pm when we returned with plans to put our two young kids to bed. We walked in to a pitch black unit and no ac. It’s May in south FL so you can imagine the sauna like environment. It was a challenging time of day to get a quick reply from the owner but we tried to reach him anyway. Phone calls and email. With no reply for about an hour and it being now 9pm we expected to not hear from anyone and decided for the safety and comfort of our kids to pack up everything and get a last min hotel. There was no scenario where I would have kept my family in a pitch black apartment in a neighborhood we didn’t know all while dealing with no AC. I explained the situation to the owner and VRBO and both entities said it was not their issue and there would be no compensation for the power going out. Hospitality is clearly something this owner lacks. I am very disappointed that he feels that we should not have been compensated for having to leave his unit and pay for a very expensive last min hotel in the middle of the night. I do not recommend gambling on staying at this property. You are not a guest in his eyes, just money to them. Very unfortunate experience.
