The Space:

Welcome to Southwinds Inn Studio! Our studio is fully equipped with a kitchen, including queen size memory foam mattresses. It also includes one parking space, free WiFi, and cable TV. Located just steps from the world-famous Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, you can enjoy the magical turquoise ocean and miles of white sandy beaches. Additionally, we are a pet-friendly property upon request and additional fee.



Guest Access:

The rental comes with amenities such as a barbecue, terrace, and laundry facilities.

Guests can choose to have daily cleaning services for an additional fee. Linens, beach, and bath towels are provided, but there is no daily maid service.



Charges will apply for any stolen or damaged linens or towels at the end of the stay. Toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags are provided, but their replenishment is not guaranteed. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also provided, and broken items can be replaced upon request.

Located in Hollywood, Southwinds Inn #3 - Queen Studio is conveniently close to the beach. If you're into shopping, you might want to visit Aventura Mall and Las Olas Boulevard. For nature lovers, Hollywood Beach and Hollywood North Beach Park are great places to explore. And if you're interested in catching an event or a game, check out Gulfstream Park Racing and Casino or Hard Rock Stadium.
