A large, studio unit with ocean views! The Atlantic Hotel is Fort Lauderdale’s finest boutique condo-hotel overlooking the ocean.
With the beaches of Fort Lauderdale right in front of you, wake up to the best views ever! Then have your morning coffee from your Lavazza coffee/espresso maker & sit outside on the balcony complete with table and 2 chairs. You can choose to go laze at the beach, or go to our world class spa to get pampered. Or maybe go for a swim and a jacuzzi on the rooftop pool deck. Indulge yourself with a drink or lunch from the poolside bar. Walk less than a mile and you're at Las Olas Blvd. Have a drink or meal at the famous Elbo Room, or maybe at Senor Frogg's. So many things to choose from at The Atlantic! The Atlantic gives you access to a state-of-the-art fitness room, heated pool, hot tub, full-service spa (at additional cost), business center, and an on-site restaurant and bar. The Atlantic is less than a 20 minute Uber ride from the airport. It is not necessary to have a car as this location has many transportation choices.

Having the restaurant, pool, pool bar and dining, beach with chairs and a bar…amazing! I did not like having a parking fee. It would seem a 1 car per unit would not be unreasonable. Staff were very friendly.

Spring break

We stayed at this property for four nights in April 2025. We did not rent a car and I'm glad we didn't because the parking is tough and expensive at the hotel. Pros: The room was clean and we thought the Nespresso machine was a nice touch in the room, the shower pressure was awesome, the pool overlooked the ocean and was clean. The cons would be: our room needed new mattresses as they were pretty uncomfortable, I wish the lobby bar had an espresso machine for an afternoon cup of coffee ( not a big deal, just a suggestion), there's a small shop in the lobby but the prices are outrageous. 10 for Pringles! Overall place was nice and we enjoyed our time. Also, if you decide not to rent a car, there is a free service that will pick you up around the hotel area and take you in around fort Lauderdale within a certain area. There is an app you can put on your phone and request pickup at a specific location and drop off. It was a really nice thing to learn about.

Great stay

Overall a great spot! Took off one star for cleanliness (but we understand not the owners fault) and the unit is a little dated. It is definitely a family-friendly hotel. It was quiet every night, we did not hear any partying. We enjoyed the pool, it was perfect for our kiddo who spent hours every day in it. It was a bonus having the bar right at the pool for food and drinks. The beach and pool views from the room are amazing. The unit is a short walk to many restaurants and the Hugh Taylor Birch Park. The owner was great and he answered questions promptly. We would definitely return!

Building and property are beautiful and well maintained. Our room was a little dirty upon arrival, I'm sure not the owner fault and tile shower needs to be regrouted/ heavy mold.

The room had mold all over it, on pictures, walls, carpet. I got extremely sick from the mold exposure and it took far too long for anything to be done about this. My room was finally changed after I already got very sick and ruined my entire vacation. The host could care less about what his neglect has caused

A notre arrivée nous avons été très bien accueilli le personnel est très gentil,notre petit condo “chambre” était parfait toute ce que je m’attendais était la très propre comfortable et notre vue wow vraiment trop de bon commentaires à donné Le bar super le restaurant très bon Cette place est à recommander et sa sans parler de notre hôte Larry est tellement facile a contacter si ta une question il te répond presque immédiatement.Un gros merci notre séjour a marqué moi et mes deux belles grand fille et on va revenir et je va revenir avec mon conjoint Merci Larry merci merci

Beautiful Stay

My travel buddy and I got away from the winter in PA to this beautiful getaway. Hotel was great. Pool and pool bar were perfect. Also loved the balcony facing the ocean. Location wonderful. We hope to do it again later this year or next winter.

Excellent!!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! Larry was great to work with and always prompt to respond. All the employees at The Atlantic go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The bartenders and waitresses were top notch. Kevin at the beach made sure everyone was enjoying their stay. Highly recommend this place!
