SWIMMING POOL

Our pool is private and you get full access to it. We also offer the heated option for an additional fee. Regular pool water temperature is usually comfortable all year long, anyway if you prefer it warmer or traveling with kids, we recommend requesting it in advance. We believe that extra pool heating is not needed from May until September since the water gets very warm from the sun.



During winter months it can take up to 48 hours to get to the desired temperature (82 Fahrenheit max). Please be advised that it might take longer if the air temperature is lower than 70. For last-minute bookings, it will be turned on as soon as possible.



We charge 40$/night for the whole stay to cover extra electricity expenses.

We do not add it to the rental price, because not all people want to use it, and we are trying to keep our properties affordable for everyone.



EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT

Check-in is after 4:00 pm and Check-out is 10:00 am. You will be provided with an access code that activates at your arrival. Early Check-In or Late Check-out are subject to availability and need to be requested in advance. We charge a flat fee of $40 per hour, if you need to get more than 2 hours, reach out for a custom quote.



Baggage drop-off is available by request and depends on availability.



Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking for 5 cars, complimentary coffee, and access to the full laundry and streaming apps on the Smart TVs.



Pool service is scheduled twice a week, usually on Monday and Friday mornings. It might change due to weather conditions.

Lawn Service is done every 2 weeks.

Please let us know if you need specific dates when services will be done during your stay.

Getting Around:

Uber & Lyft are a great option for getting around town but consider the time of day for surcharges on the cost. Local taxi services can also be utilized along with public transportation. But there is plenty of parking available to use your own car or rental car to get around Deerfield!

Our home is nestled in a peaceful residential neighborhood, so we kindly ask you to respect our neighbors and adhere to all city regulations. Please review the rules carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.



★ NO LOUD NOISES OR DISTURBANCES ★

Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM - 9:00 AM

● During quiet hours, NO music or noise is permitted in the backyard or pool area. Conversations outside should remain at a low volume, equivalent to a cell phone conversation, to avoid disturbing our neighbors.

● As per the City of Deerfield Beach noise ordinance, any excessive noise crossing property lines is unlawful and may result in fines of up to $1,000 per occurrence.



★ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ★

● Our home is for the exclusive use of guests listed on the reservation.

● Unauthorized visitors or gatherings are strictly prohibited and considered a violation of house rules.

● Guests are responsible for keeping the property in good condition and will be held financially liable for any damages or missing items.



★ PARKING RULES ★

● Parking is limited to 5 vehicles in the designated driveway.

● Street, grass, and off-property parking are strictly prohibited, as per city regulations. Any violations may result in fines or penalties.



★ NO SMOKING ★

● Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the home.

● Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $750 fee for odor and duct cleaning.

● Marijuana use is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property (inside or outside). If marijuana use is reported, we will notify authorities, as it is illegal in Florida.



★ PET POLICY ★

● We welcome your furry friends! A $100 per pet fee applies.

● Please ensure pets are cleaned up after and respect the property. Pets can enjoy the spacious backyard while you relax by the pool.



★ SAFETY & SECURITY ★

● For everyone’s safety, our property is equipped with:

● Exterior security cameras (2 in the front yard and 2 in the backyard). Cameras are motion-activated and record video and audio.

● A smart device on the ceiling that monitors noise levels (no audio or video recording).

● Tampering with security equipment is a felony and will result in the immediate termination of your reservation.
