The Master Bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a Queen-size bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, fresh linens, blackout curtains, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The attached Master Bathroom features a rejuvenating shower with great water pressure, as well as one bath towel and personal towel per guest, along with the convenience of an on-site laundry machine.

Our Fully Stocked Kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including modern appliances, cookware, utensils, silverware, and dishes.

Please note that the building consists of 6 units, with 5 other long-term rentals, so there may be some occasional traffic. However, you'll enjoy the privacy of your own parking space and separate entrance to the apartment. An EV charger is also available for your convenience.

For a smooth and seamless stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the reservation, a signed rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the name on the ID matches the reservation details, ID, and credit card on file.
Please note that the cardholder named on the reservation must be present at check-in and take a quick selfie with their ID in front of the property before we can release the entry code.

Any disturbance to the peace will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
