We know how important it is to feel comfortable & relaxed when you arrive back from a long day of sightseeing. This idea is what inspired us to build our studio and provide everyone that stays a place to recharge, relax and enjoy.

Other things to note
Failure to comply with no smoke rules will result in $100 penalty fee

IF SMOKE ODOR IS PRESENT IN THE UNIT AFTER CHECKOUT $100 WILL APPLY

Failure to comply with check out instructions and or checking out late ( we only allow a 15 minute grace period) will result in a $50 fee

*Reservation over 60 will be required a EXTRA CLEANING every 30 days performed by our crew to maintain our standard* $60 fee

For stays over 60 days: mandatory cleaning every 30 days at $60 per cleaning
