”Clean property. Not enough towels. Kitchen light and main tv did not work on first day. On day two, maintenance corrected the problems.”

”Although the guest services were excellent, I ended up moving out after one nights stay. The smell of mold was overwhelming and tiny bugs were bitting me all night. I was afraid to take a shower because of how the fixtures looked. There was also what appeared to be a dried up blood stain on the bed covers. My money was refunded and I was able to immediately move into another hotel where my stay was marvelous. I’m so sorry to make such an unpleasant review.”

”The property was having multiple problems when we were there. The pool pump was out so unusable. The next morning they were having issues and no hot breakfast. They did have cereal, sweet rolls juice and coffee but not the hot breakfast advertised. I can understand one problem but simultaneous problems…makes me wonder about the overall maintenance. The staff was nice, just the way it was.”

”I left my AirPods in my room and they were stolen by the housekeeping staff. Even after turning on protections where they could not use the AirPods, the staff yet still did not return the AirPods to the hotel. Very frustrating. Management was helpful in helping to retrieve but very frustrating to not be able to trust staff.”
