”It was a great location and very clean. There were quite a few things that were broken though. The sleeper sofa's both needed to be fixed since the legs were broken and they were wobbly. The main shade in the place was broken, so it did not roll down. Thankfully it was not sunny super early in the morning since it goes right into the living space where the kids were sleeping. ”

”Location can't be beat-it was close to many desired activities. Apartment was small, hot water took a long while to get warm, only provided 2 towels and 2 washcloths for 3 people (5 night stay), 1 partial roll of toilet paper provided, floor in bathroom had cracked tiles with small pieces missing and a/c unit stopped working on second day. Maintenance was prompt to fix the a/c but host never responded to requests for more toilet paper and towels. We did get more toilet paper and 2 towels from...

”The beds were comfy. The sink would not drain so we had to use the bath faucet instead. Four towels were provided, another couple would have been nice. The location was wonderful and highlight of our stay. We will be back, thank you NYC!”

”We were disappointed from the start. It took 30+ minutes to check in. We booked a room with two Queen beds. When we checked in, we were told that they gave away all the rooms with queen beds. We paid more for that room and no compensation was provided. The security is sketchy at best. The same code works for every room. We realized this when we accidently went the wrong room. We did not feel safe at all. The room had a light with broken glass sticking out. It also had a very dirty...
