”Beautiful house and delicious breakfast! We loved staying here. The rooms were gorgeous and the beds were comfortable. We really appreciated hearing the history of the house and Durango at breakfast.”

”We had a lovely stay here. We stayed at both historic hotels in Durango and this was our favorite front. Staff was excellent very kind. Very chatty treat on a great conversation. They have the oldest operating elevator in the state of Colorado. It’s small, but it’s worth the experience of the ride. Don’t forget to go out on TV. Second floor balcony deck. It’s over the west part of Durango and the trains coming and going.”

”The room was very clean & fresh, the carpet was new. Loved the river view with aspen trees right outside our balcony! Staff was friendly - we were offered an upgrade to a river view room at a great price when we checked it. We had an excellent stay and highly recommend it to others.”
