”This was our first time visiting Durango so stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The experience was amazing, loved the historical vibe. The hotel provided warm chocolate chip cookies, a hot chocolate, coffee, and tea bar. The breakfast and dining area was wonderful and service top notch. What a way to start our annual Mother/Daughter. The only issue was not being able to stay longer.”

”By far the best hotel we’ve stayed in. Everyone was so friendly. Jaclyn (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was extremely helpful and sent me a few texts throughout our stay to make sure our every need was met. The room was clean and well kept. ”This is the worst place we've ever stayed. The comments that was left on Expedia giving it a great place, is not true. If I was Expedia I would not recommend it. Dirty, nothing like the picture, no remodel in our room as stated. Kitchenette was a joke. Regular cups and glasses out with no protective covers. Should be using throw away cups. Were did they clean them bathroom. Floor tile was dirty, cracked and loose. Could not get heater to work. I could go on. Just find a better place.”
