”Cannot say enough about our stay here. We stayed just after Christmas for a couple nights and I know it’s crazy but the hotel staff made us feel like we were the only guests staying there. So much care was taken to make us feel special and welcome, from check-in to meals in the hotel to daily greetings with staff throughout the hotel. ”Average hotel with average service. The room was basic with a nice bed. It was quiet and you can make it dark, so you could get a nice sleep there. Double room was ok for one person, but with two persons it would have been a bit too tight. No water kettle or a fridge, but you could get some boiled water from the restaurant downstairs. The breakfast was just very basic, nothing green. The cutlery was also dirty, so felt a little awkward to eat. ”

”A fine hotel and what a scent they have there! Not suitable for those who are sensitive to fragrances, but we loved it. We walked first pass the hotel because it was hard to notice even if you were at the front door. We loved the decor of the hotel. The street was quite noisy sometimes. ”

”Beautiful inn and comfy room. Language barrier made it difficult to communicate but we managed. The inn provides so many amenities for entertaining young visitors and was set up beautifully. It was very cozy. ”

”Great location. We parked at Place Kleber just a few minutes away. The room was huge. Our family of four had 7 beds to choose from. It was a little dusty in the room, but not really bad. They had glutenfree toast at the breakfast buffet (not dedicated toaster). Complimentaly beverages at the lobby were nice at +32C outside. We will stay here again.”

”This is a nice, clean hotel located fairly close to all the sights. We chose it because there is a garage underneath the hotel - very convenient. Good service and staff is very helpful in giving tips where to eat and where the Christmas markets can be found.”
