Nestled mid-island on Fort Myers Beach, this beautifully updated getaway is just a short walk to the beach, making it ideal for sun-seekers and ocean lovers alike.

Step inside and feel the beachy vibes throughout the home, where modern updates complement the laid-back coastal aesthetic. The master suite features a queen bed, while the guest room also boasts a queen bed, The living room has a pull-out sofa, plus two twin air mattresses to ensures comfortable sleeping arrangements for additional guests. Both bathrooms offer walk-in showers.

Avenida Retreat is designed for both relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy a dip in the private pool, fire up the BBQ grill for a feast, or challenge friends and family to a friendly match at the ping pong table. Convenience is key, with a washer and dryer in the home. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza will offer you shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! Restaurants at Santini Plaza are scheduled to open January 2026. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. This home does allow dogs, but NO CATS.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island and the experience will be different than if you stayed on Fort Myers Beach prior to hurricane Ian. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches in their backyard. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
