While our Fort Myers Beach community continues to rebuild from the impact of Hurricane Ian and though our island paradise may look a bit different than it once has, the sun continues to shine each day and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made. Ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Fort Myers Beach. Many local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to Fort Myers Beach!

This charming beach apartment is ready to welcome you to our island paradise!

The lovely decorated and meticulously maintained apartment is located on the ground floor of a privately owned home on Fort Myers Beach (the owners occupy the upstairs apartment) Just a short walk to the beautiful Gulf of America beach, the home is located mid island - away from the hustle bustle, but close enough to Time Square when you want to be. In this beach getaway you will enjoy:

Just under 600 sq ft of living space, with an open concept living/dining/kitchen area, 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, sleeping 4 guests

Living area comfortably furnished including extra large Smart TV. (Guests use their personal streaming app login credentials).

Kitchen with eating bar and bar-stools, seating 2; cook top, refrigerator/freezer; microwave, cookware, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, glasses and silverware included

The public beach access is a few minute walk to the west of the house, either south to Hercules Drive or north to Conneticut Street. There you will find the Gulf, where you can sun, play, swim, enjoy sunrise runs along the beach, and dazzling sunsets at night.

When you aren't at the beach, you are close to local bars, restaurants, and boat/water sport rentals. You can also visit the popular Times Square which is the heart of Fort Myers Beach. In addition the island has a Publix grocery store, for your convenience.

Take the Island's Beach Trolley street side (runs till 9pm) day or sunset cruises, fishing charters, parasailing, kayaking, paddle boarding & jet skiing, numerous restaurants, happy hours and entertainment venues. Don't forget the day ferry excursions to Key West, and travels to the Everglades!

Drive south off the island to Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples; north off the island you'll find the pristine beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island; you'll also want to visit the newly revitalized downtown Fort Myers - a great spot for dining and nightlife. Fort Myers is also home to the Spring Training facilities of the Minnesota Twins and the Boston Red Sox.

A trip to Fort Myers Beach has a little something for everyone. We can't wait for your return our tropical paradise!

This property is approximately 25 miles from RSW International Airport and a walk across the street to Fort Myers Beach.

No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the bungalow and back patio.

Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to show a government issued ID, matching the name the property is booked in, to a representative of the management company or property owner within 24-hours of your check-in.
