”We had fun staying here. The kids had a blast in the pool everyday and they kayaked and fished. House is good size we had 2 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of room. Brian was easy to work with and answered very fast to any concerns. Would recommend this property to families that dont want to spend all day everyday at the beach to swim and have fun.”

”Loved our stay! The beds were clean and soft. The laundry machines were so convenient and that balcony was super relaxing and easy to enjoy. The bathrooms were fully equipped and very nice! I loved the Kcup coffee machine and the kitchen island, plus their lighting! Super close to grocery, beaches, and Water Park! ”

”This is not our first stay in 803. There are the best views of the sunrise and sunsets! The condo has everything you need and very clean. Our host are the Best!! Loved the coffee bar this year. There was a water main break in Bonita Springs that affected us for a short amount of time but we had water before the evening was over. We enjoyed the pool and my husband loved the fishing in the bay. We visited Sanibel Island one day and a beach in Bonita Springs. Plenty of local restaurants and ice...
