”Loved the condo and location. Clean & easily accessible. Everything was as stated. Wi-Fi was hit & miss, probably need to be replaced or upgraded. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return.”

”My husband and I were in Adventura for business and decided to extend our trip to include some downtime along the quiet shores of Hutchinson Island. After searching for hotels and finding the on-island options to be quite limited, we turned to VRBO. This is how we found Wayne's condo in Ocean Village. The condo was as advertised with the addition of a Keurig K-Duo coffee pot...nice option. Ocean Village offered a perfect, quiet location and the condo offered everything we needed for our stay....

”This area is nice and quiet, I know the beaches changes every year depending on storms the one at the unit was not swimming friendly ( big waves) but sand was nice, but there where nice beaches in the area( pepper beach),restaurants were great not to busy which was nice, owner was very helpful and quick response to any questions also was one of the quietest unit we stay never heard the neighbor not sure if they were away or not…disappointed in the main pool as it was closed but I heard they are...

”My husband and I like to take a little trip every month. I cannot say enough how GREAT the experience was in April for our visit to this location. There were touches everywhere that made it EXCEPTIONAL, from the communication before we checked in, to the thoughtful gifts from the host! The unit is immaculate, well decorated and well appointed. I was recuperating from open heart surgery and the thoughtful host checked in each day!”

”A great place to stay and it will not break the bank. The downstairs condo is perfect for a small family. This place is also a 3 minute walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this condo on Hutchinson Island.”

”This is a real dream ! The place is perfect, clean,cozy and everything you need is there. The beach 2 min walk is so perfect and so is the pool for the kids ! The patio is really a must and there is always things to watch while having a good meal ( golfer, rabbit, birds etc!!!) The beds are especially confortable. Really an amazing place and the owner is really helpfull. Chairs and kids toys for the beach are available. We will return for sure !”

”This property had all the essentials and more including beach gear (chairs, towels, toys for kiddies), board games, premium TV (Netflix, Max, Prime Video, etc), king bed and a very short walk to the beach. Sandy is very accommodating, prompt and attentive communications. Location is close to many community attractions, parks, and restaurants. We will absolutely be back.
