”The hotel had just reopened after Covid-19. It is really a wonderful place but unfortunately service & atmosphere were not 5-stars during the first week after reopening. The service in the beach restaurant was slow and chaotic and the bill was incorrect every day for lunch and drinks. Also beware of little hidden costs here and there, they tend to forget to inform you about those. Breakfast buffet was understaffed and took a very long time to collect food from "buffet" where there was only 1-2...

”Wow, what a find! Steps from the beach/Boulevard de la Croisette, free parking on site, and friendly staff, all for an incredible price. I enjoyed popping down for a morning swim in the mornings — even without a towel, as it was 2 minutes away. The staff on site were incredibly helpful in giving us directions to the main sites and train station for Monaco—all an easy walk away. Can’t recommend this hotel enough, a rare find indeed. ”

”Hotel is located on the eastern end of croisette beach, about 10-15 minute walk from train station and 20-25 minute walk from old town. Service was very friendly and they stored our luggagge before check-in and after check-out. Pool area was quite nice and clean. Breakfast had lots of options which was positive surprise. ”

"The hotel claims to be a 4-star establishment, but it has clearly seen better days. Every corner felt run-down and poorly maintained. A noticeable musty, mouldy smell lingered in the hallways and the room, making the stay unpleasant. The overall condition was far below expectations, and the prices did not reflect quality or comfort. It is definitely not worth the money unless significant renovations are made."

"Hotel was very clean and fresh. Staff was very polight and it was nice that the reception was open 24/7, i was feeling safe.
Hotel is opposite Cannes railwaystation and it was great because i was using train a lot, very easy to visit all places in the coast.
The negative thing was that cleaner did not change the Tea mugs and wine classes, she just put the dirty ones back in my room?! And i Stayed 9 nights. Also the hand paper in the toilet was always finished and she did not fill it even i asked. Same sheets 9 days, it was okay because it was not hot weather.
But i would come again. Price and quality are fine. "
