RANNAS RETREAT LÄNSI! Valtava uima-allas ja poreallas! 6 makuuhuonetta 6. 5 kylpyhuonetta!

Tässä kolmen tarinan rantatalossa on yksi alueen suurimmista uima-altaista. Tämän uima-altaan mitat ovat 16'x24 'ja 5' 1/2 "syvällä, ja siihen on liitetty kylpytynnyri, ja se sisältää valaistuksen yöuintiin. Kaunis yksityisyys aita ympäröi koko terassia / uima-allasaluetta.

Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on 2 king-makuuhuonetta ja "kerrossänky", jossa queen-vuode ja täysi kerrossänky. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone ja TV.

Toisessa kerroksessa on tilava oleskelu- ja ruokailutila, jossa on moderni keittiö, joka sisältää kaikki ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut kodinkoneet, ruokailuvälineet, keittiövälineet, kahvikannun, crockpotin ja tehosekoittimen. Meillä on jopa syöttötuoli pienelle.

Olohuoneessa on kaasutakka ja 75 tuuman älytelevisio. Juuri oleskelutilan ulkopuolella, eteisen alapuolella on jauhehuone. Siellä on myös queen-makuuhuone, jossa oma kylpyhuone.

Kolmannessa kerroksessa on king-sviitti kylpyhuoneella ja kuningatar omalla kylpyhuoneella. Tässä kerroksessa on myös pesulapalvelut.

Kaikkiin kolmeen kerrokseen pääsee hissillä tai portaita pitkin.

Talossa on ilmainen Wi-Fi ja pysäköinti 5 ajoneuvolle. Kaikki liinavaatteet sängylle ja kylpylle toimitetaan.

Great house

House was awesome. Great location, right next to lots of stores and restaurants. Directly across the street from the beach with private entrance. We had a great time staying in this house.

Beautiful place!

Very good location! The steps are a little difficult for older people especially if you have back or knee problems but still would do it again. The fan in the bedroom with the bunk beds need to be tightened but very beautiful and convenient house to stay. All loved the pool! Thank you!!

Beach and pool!!

Location was fantastic. Rent the chairs for the beach so you don’t have to drag a lot of stuff with you.! Very responsive to any problem we encountered. Hope to stay there again some day!

Family Vacation

The location and everything was amazing! I do wish the dryer worked a little better as there is laundry to be done when you have 11 or so people staying under 1 roof. The property owner was great at communicating and answering any questions that we had! If you consider traveling to this area, this location is the one to choose! I’ll never not have private beach access again! We couldn’t be more happy with our stay! Thank you!

Amazing

The title says it all!!!! Absolutely amazing house and location you get the best of both with this house a big pool and hot tub and the beach right across the street. We had 14 in the house 8 adults 6 kids and there was a ton of room we never felt crowded in the house or pool. Also a special thank you to the owner Roxanne she was very responsive to us and our questions, we had lost a wedding ring at the house and realized after checkout she did everything to find it and also got it back to us and we cannot thank her enough. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone,truly a great place!!!! (Also drinks on the beach at The Whales Tale are delicious)

Beach retreat west

Amazing home. The pictures are out dated and don't serve the property justice. The pool is much bigger than u can tell in the photos. House has been painted on the exterior. It was a great place to stay. Beach location is perfect.

Great Christmas Break

Our extended family (13 adults) had a great time at the Beach Retreat West home and the Destin area. Roxanna was very responsive in setting up the stay and providing updates. We had an issue with one of the drains on Christmas eve and it was taken care of that day. The home had room for us to spread-out and hangout. The heated pool and hot tub were a hit.

Nice house, good location

The bedrooms were all large, some of the mattresses need to be replaced. The pool was a nice alternative to the beach. Could have used some better seating (chairs with backs) in the main living room and more seating and coffee tables on the 2 and 3 balconies. Also an extra refrigerator would have been helpful with so many people. We would stay here again.

Wonderful house!

We loved this beach house. The private beach area was no crowded at all! The pool was awesome and the house was perfect for our big crowd. The only thing that would have made it better was if the refrigerator was bigger or if there was a 2nd one outside somewhere and it had more pillows in each room. We loved the location to the beach! We gave up being on the beach to have the private pool and it was well worth it for our kids!

Overall good experience with some deficiencies.

The house was clean for the most part however, the dishes were not completely clean upon arrival. The beds were hard making it difficult to sleep at times. The hot tub did help with the back problems. The elevator, which was one of the sole reasons I booked this house due to a person being there that had endured two knee surgeries, was out of service for almost the entire trip. Nonetheless, the house was a wonderful site.

Amazing property!

We loved everything about this house! The location was absolutely fantastic and the house was amazing and accurately described in listing. The owner was very helpful and always available during the entire weeks, days and hours leading up to our visit. I would highly recommend this house to anyone with kids. Great surprise!

Had a great girl’s trip (8 of us)and had plenty of room for more friends. Property was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Any problems we had were taken care immediately. Easy access to the beach! I would gladly rebook this property!

Great vacation home!

Very clean on arrival, great layout with views, and convenient location. Although it's a three story home and an elevator is present, it isn't a bad climb if you choose to use the stairs to the third floor. The elevator is a little slow in comparison to others in buildings or apartments but I'm not sure if that's because it's in a home. You can see some of the ocean from the living room and the signal flag so you can get a sense of how your beach day will be. We did have an issue but the agency was easy to get a hold of that day and responded quickly by coming out the next day to resolve it. There was also a hose on route in the private walkway to the beach so it was easy to rinse off sand going back to the property as well as a private hose on the property by the front door. We definitely enjoyed our time here and would come back in the future.

GREAT POOL AND PLENTY OF ROOM!

Our family of 11 (7 adults and 4 children) thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful, well maintained home. The good size pool was perfect for us. We had plenty of room for all. We had one small problem with pool while there but it was addressed within 2 hours after I called, which exceeds customer service I have experienced in all my years going to Destin! The only shortcomings to this property is the lack of a good view of the beach, due to other homes across the street and the living room furniture, which I did not find very comfortable. Overall, this is a great place and I recommend it to anyone needing plenty of space and desirous of a beautiful pool!

Very nice time

Our two families had a great stay. Excellent proximity to the beach. Also, the pool was wonderful and very warm. Couldn’t get the kids (and some adults!) out. Rooms all nice and loved having a bathroom for each one. Kitchen very comfortable. House itself is five stars, but it’s right next to a run down condo building and the circle K, which takes away from being top rated. We would definitely go back and are already talking about when.

A-W-E-S-O-M-E Beach Home!!!

Super clean, right across the street from it's private beach access gate. Home is meticulously maintained and has a great look and feel. Plenty of parking. Owner and his staff are great to work with. Best Destin rental I've stayed in (been going past 9 years) - will definitely stay here again!
