”Overall, the property itself is very nice. The pool area was beautiful and clean. But our room itself was not. There were unsettling stains on the upholstery of the bed. And the pullout couch bed had urine stains on it. I had to go out and purchase an air mattress for my children to sleep. The living room rug was filth. Overall, the room just didn’t have that beach vacation getaway vibe. But I think with a little makeover, it would’ve been perfect! Also, the walls are quite thin. Our neighbors...

”Honestly we were only inside for sleeping. We spent the entire time out on either the deck or on the screened in porch. My mom called the screened in part her little tree house, because it felt more like being in the trees due to how the property sits. Even though all the beautiful oaks & magnolia trees block a full view of the lake from the porches, you only have to wander over to the pavilion, fire pit or dock to take in it’s beauty. ”The condo was clean with just a touch of wear and tear on the flooring from my stay in 2022. The condo needs a better can opener. The location is perfect for trips to Freeport, hiking in the state forest and a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach. ”
