”Very nice hotel for price and location. My only complaint is that there is not a nightstand or even a shelf on both sides of the bed. You need this for glasses, water, phone, etc. I had to put my stuff on the floor.”

”The resort is excellent and the fact that there are various restaurants on property makes it so that you do not need to leave. The staff are efficient and this new concept they have adapted that you can text them what you need makes it a 100% easier to get things handled during the stay. Bell service was mega efficient, you call, they show up in minutes and were very friendly. The reason I won't give it a 5 star review is due to 2 reasons. 1, carpet in the entire room just does not work. It...

”Check in process took 1 hr before we got our keys. Our room does not have towel and no one told us that we can request for it as the other rooms also dont have towels so we assumed there was no complimentary towels. Toilet in the pool is not clean.”

”This was an amazing hotel with beautiful views of the ocean and the pool. The lazy river and the pool bar was a highlight. However the restaurant staff wasn’t the best, they were very slow and not the nicest. But this is the only complaint. The rest of the staff wasn’t extremely helpful and friendly.”
