Huomio: Huomioi ikärajapolitiikkamme: Yksi (1) yli 25-vuotias vanhempi tai huoltaja on läsnä ja pysyy hotellissa kolmen (3) 15–25-vuotiaan vieraan välillä.

NatureWalkin puulähetyssillalla ja Flatwoods Forest Loopin vasemmalla puolella on upouusi "Sunset at Seagrove" loma-asunto, joka tarjoaa ylellisiä majoitusvaihtoehtoja jopa 12 hengelle 4 makuuhuoneessa ja 3. 5 kylpyhuoneessa. Sisältä ulospäin suunniteltu ja rakennettu ylellinen lomaelämys kaikilla mukavuuksilla, ”Sunset at Seagrove” on varmasti tulossa takaisin vuosi toisensa jälkeen.

NatureWalk “Gathering Place” sijaitsee noin 0,4 km: n päässä "Sunset at Seagrove" -alueelta, jossa on 2 uima-allasta, poreallas, lasten leikkipaikka jne. NatureWalk-rantarata, joka sijaitsee lähellä Gathering Place -paikkaa, on lyhyt luontopolku valtion metsän läpi ja unelias sivutie (San Juan Ave), joka johtaa rannalle.

NatureWalk Beach Shuttle kulkee päivittäin: Memorial Day - Labor Day: 7 päivää viikossa (klo 9–16)

Great stay. Property is well maintained. We enjoyed the location, short 5 minute golf cart ride to the beach. We didn't have any trouble finding parking at the public beach access points. We also enjoyed the community pool in the neighborhood. We would highly recommend.

1 week vacay for week of July 4th

The property is up-to-date & nicely furnished. Roomy with multiple areas to gather or be alone. Bedding & mattresses slept well. Plenty of towels, terry, etc. Expected amenities were all there & functional. The pools were not over- crowded any day or afternoon we were there. Parking is tight! The 1 garage space will fit a small SUV, but is so tight you have to pull all the way to the wall & then pull the door down. There literally was not enough room to walk in front of or behind the vehicle when the door is down. The other 2 spaces outside also only fit a smaller vehicle/ SUV. We had to parallel park our Suburban over the 2 spaces otherwise it would’ve been in the road. The descriptions of proximity to the public beach accesses are misleading. Yes, it is a very short walk or bike ride to the bike path, but the walk or bike ride from there is a haul if you have gear &/or little people to take. Both of the nearest public accesses had very little parking for cars, golf carts or bikes so you have to go early if you expect to park. Also, 10 x 10 tents & Shibumi -Mini shades are permitted on the public beaches, but original-size Shibumi shades are not allowed. The closest access is the Seaside Cabanaman Hut, but you can only use this access if you are staying in Seaside or Watercolor, OR if you rent chairs & umbrellas from them. No personal chairs, tents or umbrellas are allowed from other properties at the Seaside Beach access. It is worth the expense though if you plan to beach most of the day & want to go back & forth to the Seaside town square shops, restaurants & food trucks. You have to get there early too if you expect to park. As for any issues with the property itself, there were a few live roaches seen under the kitchen sink & by the dishwasher during our stay. The door handle to the 1st floor master closet fell off when I opened it the 1st time. A lower kitchen cabinet door was attached by 1 hinge on arrival & fell completely off later. The golf cart had no windshield wipers & there was a crack in the lower right corner of the windshield. Would definitely search for other properties closer to the beach for the expense if we were to visit here again.

Great House & Location!!!

This property was amazing! Everything was just as it was stated in the listing. We were thrilled with the proximity to Seaside and the beach. We had older kids so those things being a short bike ride away was fabulous! The golf cart was very convenient for running to Publix also. Our kids LOVED the pools. Overall, this was a great rental and we would definitely stay here again!!

Broken golf cart

Rented this house because of golf cart and bikes. However, golf cart was broken and bikes were broken. Contacted management about issues but was told they could not help. They did send someone to look at golf cart but it couldn’t be fixed and it was taken from us. This changed our whole experience!! Will not rent from here again. Also, no wash clothes and WiFi did not work. Rented from this neighborhood last year and has no problems. Very very disappointed with this year’s experience.

My only complaint was that when we arrived the golf cart didn’t work and we were never informed. I spent the first day and half of the second day trying to rent another one. The manager at Beachwalk rentals was finally able to get us one at a good price.

Great stay

The place was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The day we were arriving to the property we found out the golf cart was not going to be available. The golf cart was one of the reasons we rented the home. We were dissatisfied with not having the golf cart, I would have looked else where. We were unable to rent one due to them being all booked. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Beautiful Slice of Heaven

We had a great stay!! This property well exceeded our expectations. The golf cart was an extra added bonus that made traveling back and forth to the pool easy and fun. The location of this property was just 15-20 minutes from Panama City Beach, where we spent most of our time with the kids (mini golf, museums, zoo’s and tons of fun restaurants). Overall it was a wonderful stay and the home was so relaxing with more than enough space and everything we needed. We’ll be back!

Wonderful family vacation!

We stayed here for a week with 4 adults, 2 teens, and 3 young children. We had more than enough room! The house was immaculate and stocked with everything needed. Beds were cozy, kitchen held plenty of necessities, and the golf cart addition was a godsend. The neighborhood itself is cozy and well-kept, with a gorgeous pool area and playground. This place is perfect for families! Will definitely stay here again!

Life near Hwy 30A

Sunset at Seagrove met all our needs!! Beds were comfy, house furnishings really nice, kitchen had everything needed to enjoy the week. Particularly enjoyed relaxing on screened porches both main floor and second floor. Golf cart and bikes were handy for transport to beach and pools. "Much fun was had by all!!"

Beautiful Home!

We had a great stay this past week. This home is beautifully decorated. We enjoyed bike riding, the heated pool and my son loved fishing in the pond. The Great Southern was our favorite restaurant, but we also enjoyed Cafe-Thirty-A and FOOW. Publix is super close by which is great since we made no less than 6 trips there this past week! We were able to enjoy some beach time despite having a few days of freezing temperatures. The neighborhood is great with lots of friendly neighbors. The screened in porch was my favorite part of the house. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, bakeware, Tupperware, utensils, cups, etc. There was actually a nonstick pan that wasn’t scratched up and ruined by people using metal utensils! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider renting this house again in the future.

Quiet with Comforts of Home

Beautiful property within a quiet a very well-kept neighborhood. So many amenities and comforts of home and with two master bedrooms it offered plenty of room when traveling with a larger group. The golf cart and bike rentals were perfect and added fun to our stay!

We loved the house!! Not one bad thing to stay. Only thing that would have been more perfect was the same price with a golf cart!!!

Loved it

We had the best time the house was perfect for my family. We had plenty of room and no problems at all. Everyone around us was very nice and made us feel at home. My kids loved riding there bikes around the neighbor and pond every night. We will defiantly be coming again next year.

This property was absolutely breathtaking. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a nicer property

This house is GORGEOUS! It has everything you and your family will need during your stay. My husband and I have stayed in almost every house on River Oats Lane and this house was by far the nicest and had the best decor! The screened in porches were to die for overlooking sunset pond. The amenities in Nature Walk are perfect. The heated lap pool the kids playground and the large gathering pool are easily accessible and the kids can jump right on the bikes that are provided and are safe in the development. Your stay in this development and home will be like a breath of fresh air! Oh and the wind chimes on the porch over coffee and tea every morning and evening added just the type of euphoria you are looking for when your visiting sunset at seagrove!

This house is the way to go!

My husband, daughter, and I had THE BEST time vacationing at Sunset at Seagrove! Everything was new, clean, and BEAUTIFULLY decorated to a tee. A few of our favorite things about the home - sitting on the spacious screened-in porch listening to the fountain while drinking morning coffee, TVs in almost every room, free access to four bikes (which we used frequently since everything was so close), the most luxurious pool area (and a bonus for us was the baby pool and playground), and of course close access to the beach. We are already looking forward to staying here again for our next vacation -- we truly felt right at home!

Vacationing at its best!

We had a great time at the Sunset at Seagrove home. It was exactly what we were hoping it would be. My first impression was how amazing the whole place is decorated and how it immediately felt like home! It had everything we needed plus so much more! The neighborhood was adorable and the people were so friendly. And even though the beach is so close, don't forget to check out the pools and the pickle ball courts!! We loved riding our bikes to different shops, restaurants and to the beach.
