Tämä 3-vuode / 3 kylpy ylellinen huoneisto on lukittu makuuhuone w / oma queen-size-vuode, täysin varustettu kylpyhuone w / kaakeloitu suihkukaappi, jossa on päivitetty sadesuihku pää, kylpyhuone kichenette, oma patio w / henkeäsalpaavat esteettömät panoraamanäkymät lahdelle ja jauhemaiset valko-hiekkarannat!

This property was absolutely beautiful! The view from all the rooms was breathtaking!The kitchen was perfect with great appliances It was spacious and comfortable for 8 people! Plenty of seating and i love having 3 bathrooms!Some of the patio chairs need replacing as the wicker seat is broken! But, we had plenty of seats for everyone!I love the decor and the beautiful bathrooms!!The beds were amazing and the air conditioning worked very well! I will definitely stay here again in the future!” We’ve stayed at Surfside 4 times and this is, by far, the best room we have rented! Thanks for a beautiful home away from home!

Amazing beach vacation!

This beautiful condo was perfect for our family vacation at the beach. The floor to ceiling windows in the living room overlooking the beach provided an incredible view of the ocean and beach. Every bedroom had a balcony and bathroom. Kitchen was beautifully appointed access to the beach. We can't wait to stay here again!

The property view of the beautiful water is a ten plus. Panoramic and unbelievable sights of the beach and water! While the property has this, unfortunately, for the price I was a bit disappointed with a couple of things. The master bathroom shower was dirty with shaving cream on the wall from a previous guest. Most windows and sliding doors had fingers prints from prior guests. Doors were dirty with areas not cleaned. Sliding door in the one guest room lock was not working. Cooking pans were dirty. Food still on there from prior guests. Lastly, found the decor and the property needs an update. Meaning kitchen cabinets are somewhat dated, tiles in the one bedroom were out of place and did not close properly. Lastly, the decor did not flow.I am not sharing this to keep folks from coming but rather when you pay a large amount for a property stay, there are certain expectations that the vacationer should have.

Mother’s Day Trip

This was an annual Mother’s Day gift trip. This room is wonderful. The balconies were perfect. One balcony blocked the wind and was perfect for coffee and sunrise. The other balcony was perfect for sunset viewing. The views were amazing.

The condo was just as the photos. It is quite spacious and well-stocked. The views were amazing and expansive and the location was great. The condo itself is in need of updating or a renovation and a deep cleaning. It is tired looking and furniture is oldish and some of it had stains. However, we had an excellent time and enjoyed the views and the condo itself.

Our stay at Surfside #1501 was AWESOME!!! This condo is very beautiful and roomy! My family and I came for my 70th birthday and we loved our time together and this condo was so GREAT!! Beautiful views from the deck and everyone LOVED the beds!! Will definetly be back again!! Condo was very clean and well stocked. Great kitchen and nice appliances. Also the three bathrooms were awesome!! Great walk-in showers!! Michael was a great host!! Very nice condo!!

Bachelorette Success!

I had a wonderful stay at this Surfside condo! We had a bachelorette trip here and had plenty of space with amazing views. When we first checked in, we did not have enough resort bracelets but the property manager was quick to answer and fix this issue. I would definitely stay here again and/or recommend to anyone!

We were at this property for 5 days. The location was perfect, fantastic view, saw dolphins each day. Rooms were spacious and clean. Parking easy and access to the beach was great. Easy access to local restaurants. We recommend this property and would stay here again. Michael was easy to contact and was responsive to our question. Loved our time here!!!!

Goegeous views and comfy

This place was absolutely amazing. The beds were very comfortable, the condo itself was very roomy as well. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and dining needs. The views were gorgeous from every angle of the condo. I loved that there was a delicious restaurant downstairs and it was easy to get to the beach. One thing you should know when booking, is this place is across the street from the beach, but has no obstructed view of the ocean. The host commicatrd very well and quickly. We definitely will be back.

Our first Destin Vacation

We loved this spacious condo. The views from the 15th floor were amazing. The beach access was easy and we loved having a code instead of a card key for the door. Also liked having the option to wash our wet suits/towels/clothes, we could have packed a lot less. There is a k-cup coffee maker and a drip machine with filters but bring your coffee and all other grocery items as there is only salt/pepper in the pantry. A roll of paper towels was there but I think I was from a previous visitor. There was only one kitchen towel but new sponge, plenty of pots/pans, dishes, dish/d/w soap. There was a closet of beach supplies including ice chest, boogie boards, shovels, buckets… our daughters ages 12-17 enjoyed these in the sand. If you want a front row beach set up get there early before 8am so your view of the gorgeous emerald waters isn’t obstructed. The a/c worked great in the Florida heat and the balcony was huge for watching sunrise and enjoying the Gulf breeze. The connecting “studio apartment” gave our 2 older daughters their own private space. There are family games in the drawers of the credenza near the entrance that we didn’t discover until we were leaving. There is a beach bar across the street and on Friday night at sunset they had a large circle of chairs on the beach with center fire-pit and sold s’mores kits. We never visited the pool or on site restaurant but they looked nice. Highly recommend staying here. We researched over 30 condos before deciding on this one.

Wonderful Property

This property is beautiful. The room & views are amazing. Michael is amazing. Very quick with responses & he just made everything so simple. And Tony, the property manager is absolutely amazing. We had a little hiccup with the air conditioning but Tony was amazing. He responded to our concern within minutes & made sure to get the problem corrected very quickly & he made sure he kept me updated on everything. I highly recommend this property.
