”The hotel itself was a nice experience. However, I was off put by lack of parking. It’s located on a busy street, the only attached garages are meant for residents in the apartments, meaning you have to valet. Not ideal for everyone. Also charging $200 for incidentals up front seemed odd. I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels and have always simply needed to have a card on file to be charged in case of. Not charged upfront. It’s not ideal being out an extra $200 while traveling but okay.”

”The front desk people were wonderful! Hyllary (check_in) went above and beyond. Great advice and even arranged transportation for me the next morning. Maquita (morning clerk) was so friendly and helpful. And Vanessa, (Assistant General Manager) was fantastic. There were others, also helpful and friendly while eating breakfast.
Only negative....bed was worn out. Lumpy and very uncomfortable no matter which way I turned.”
