”Minor issues. Vanity didn’t drain well. Musty smell in unit until aired out. We were challenged re taking unreserved seating at breakfast even as we had 4 rooms and breakfasts included. Admittedly it was Father’s Day but advance notice would have helped. Challenging guests is unprofessional. We travel extensively using 1class accommodation worldwide. At home the service could have been sharper. However overall this was an enjoyable time for us as we hosted our daughter’s wedding at Spicers and...

”I’d definitely stay here again. The staff and everything about the hotel was first class. The rooms are clean and comfortable with some nice touches. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming
The valet parking was easy and convenient.
The hotel is situated well but for the city centre, shopping and restaurants it could be quite a walk for some ( about 1 - 1.5 miles) for us it was no problem ”

”The hotel was perfect and appreciate the upgrade. Wish I had booked 2 nights.
Had brunch at the lobby bar but they never placed my order. Finally one attendant sorted it all out when he found out, and in the end didn’t charge me for the meal. Kind of a downer because there’s a lot of spots that people can dine at so more attention needed for training here and having staff that care because your houseguests give you priority over the neighboring eateries.

I was empathetic toward the front desk staff, as she was dealing with an impossible customer, and I had to wait a while to check in, but because we commiserated she upgraded me.
