”Minor issues. Vanity didn’t drain well. Musty smell in unit until aired out. We were challenged re taking unreserved seating at breakfast even as we had 4 rooms and breakfasts included. Admittedly it was Father’s Day but advance notice would have helped. Challenging guests is unprofessional. We travel extensively using 1class accommodation worldwide. At home the service could have been sharper. However overall this was an enjoyable time for us as we hosted our daughter’s wedding at Spicers and...

”I’d definitely stay here again. The staff and everything about the hotel was first class. The rooms are clean and comfortable with some nice touches. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming
The valet parking was easy and convenient.
The hotel is situated well but for the city centre, shopping and restaurants it could be quite a walk for some ( about 1 - 1.5 miles) for us it was no problem ”

”I love Ode Properties. They have amazing beds. I was empathetic toward the front desk staff, as she was dealing with an impossible customer, and I had to wait a while to check in, but because we commiserated she upgraded me. It was so thoughtful of her. I loved my room. Only annoyance is the motorbikes zooming around on the roads behind the hotel at odd hours of the night.
