”Sijainti oli erinomainen: hotellin läheisyydessä ei näkynyt kodittomia, kerjäläisiä eikä narkkareita. Hotelli sijaitsi sopivasti pari korttelia Union Squaresta Powell-katua mäkeä ylöspäin, aivan keskustan tuntumassa.
Suosittelen Orchardia erityisesti sijaintinsa puolesta (kannattaa välttää Tenderloinin ja Missionin seutuja). Henkilökunta oli myös erittäin ystävällistä ja antoi hyviä neuvoja.”

”The hotel is beautiful, staff excellent, free breakfast great.. only complaint .. we were in suite 201… the only mirrors were in the bathroom.. my cousin was in suite 205… she had several mirrors in the suite and bathroom”

”I had issues (twice...) with the codes not working when trying to enter my room which made me feel unsafe especially when this happened midnight. Reception is not open after 10pm so I received help via Whatsapp and staff was helpful.
Other things that lower my rating were the metal beds that made a lot of noise. Also the whole floor only had 2 showers working. I have never had to wait to shower in hostel before. I wish toilets had more hooks to put towels/clothes in and rooms had mirrors....
